A very bad customer service.
They don't try to help you at all. Just take money from you.
When I booked tickets through their website, I wasn't asked to put my passport info which I felt strange because most of the website require to put the passport info.
On the date of my trip, I went to check-in counter and I was told that I can't fly because my passport is expiring in next month. I didn't know that in Europe, we need to have at least 3 months valid passport to enter even I'm returning home before expiring my passport.
If I used any other companies, this issue would had been discovered sooner and made an adjustment for my flight.
I called the airline directly and canceled all my flights before their departure, and they told me that they will refund me 100%.
I told HOP2 what happened, and they just say"Fare is non-refundable in case of no show."
HOP2 told me to call the airline directly which I did again regards to my status.
The airline then told me to let HOP2 know that HOP2 must call the airline directly.
What a waist of time and money.
What's the reason for using third party.
I told HOP2 to call airline again and kept telling them I DID show up 3 hours before departure and I did speak to the airline directly and was told that they will refund me everything.
They don't try to understand you or try to fight for you with the airline.
Also their response is so slow.
Don't ever use their service. You will regret it 100%.

Today I had a wonderful experience getting help from the representative Charisma who had helped me to book my trip to Latvia.
It took a while to find a solution to my problem, she was very attentive and showed her respect, understanding and patience.
I really appreciate her efforts to get a better results for my trip: she was asking questions, listened to my responses, and was making sure I am satisfied.
Charisma assisting me was extremely helpful, positive and informative.
Finally we found a solution which satisfied my needs and she booked a very good ticket for my trip.
I also very much appreciate help from Charisma's supervisor who looked into my case and provided a guidance.

If there were a ZERO that is what they would get. Unable to speak with anyone who could help for over 30 hours when I needed to explore an immediate need for a change. Ended up having to just buy another ticket elsewhere. Agents continually gave out false information, was told the following response timeframes at one point or another: 1 hour, 5-6 hours, 2 hours, 1 day, 1-2 days. 30 hours is unacceptable.

The bad agency in the world. It was tge first and the last experience with them. I lost 6000 $ in my last trip, they left me in the country that I traveled, the company " British airways" canceled the flight and this agency stolen all my money, and I reserved by air france for 5000 $ dollar to comeback to the USA. Don't believe them, they scam. If there is 0 stars I give 0 star. HOP2 is the worst agency, they scam, don't believe them, you'll lose your money.
You can read their response in the reviews, I told you dears costumers, don't buy from them, they took out their responsibility, I contacted British airlines and they told me that I don't buy the tickets from them, and I have to contact straight the one that I've bought a tickets (HOP2). I lost more 5000 $ and I almost loose my son because them, just an advise, don't use tge hop2 to buy a tickets. They scam, they are not professional, and there is no where you can claim to get a refund. I don't know how an agency like this one works at the USA. Very very very .... bad agency.

I booked a flight with hop2 for over $2,000 and the company call me to verify my purchase. I told them everything they needed to know and ask if there was anything else I needed to do to future verify myself. I am military personnel and booked that flight to go to my medical appointment and return to work. Hop2 canceled my flight and tried to tell me it was my fault and made up every excuse and did not take accountability for there grave error. The staff members of their customer care team is highly incompetent and I have yet to receive a full refund for my ticket. They didn't offer any appeasement for my inconvenience. I am currently dealing with the passing of my late grandmother and travel to prepare funeral arrangements and now going thru this anguish while grieving, I am in duress for Hop2 has cause conflict with my job and my livelihood. I am delayed to go back to work with means missed pay and more time away from my loved ones. I DO NOT recommend ever using this company. They truly deserve to be out of business.

I am a ticketed passenger who needs to make a change. I have chatted 4X and called 3X in the last 24 hours and still NO ONE CAN HELP ME. The chat agents say call, and the IVR keeps saying use chat and disconnects me.
What does one have to do to get a LIVE PERSON THAT CAN HELP??
The chat agents say 1 hour, 5-6 hours and now 24 - 48 hours. All except the 48 hours have passed.
With GOD as my witness, this is the ABSOLUTE WORST SUPPORT EXPERIENCE I have EVER HAD. This needs to get fixed quick, I have a dying relative.
Otherwise I will never buy another thing from this service and I will make it my mission in LIFE to get so many negative reviews posted that it will hurt.
