I am so happy with the dress I bought from Hope and Ivy, the quality of the material is excellent, the pattern is gorgeous and the and fit is very flattering, perfect for the special occasion I plan to wear it to.
I received outstanding customer support from Bettina, who helped me sort out a small query I had very quickly, she really does go above to provide exceptional customer service.
I would not hesitate to recommend Hope and Ivy and will definitely be buying one of their beautiful dresses again in the near future.

Husband bought me a dress from this company as I'd seen it on social media. It came fit like a glove around my bottom half but baggy on the bust. I asked him to start a returns request the response was sales items under £38 cannot be sent back and apparently that was made clear on all social media???
The finish of the dress wasn't anything to write home about the stitches for the bows showed.
Wouldn't recommend

I’m a new customer to Hope and Ivy and WOW!!!!

I bought two dresses both are so slimming I feel amazing in them! They skim over your lumps and bumps and don’t cling to them which makes all the difference.

The materials feel great and high quality and the prints are absolutely stunning!!

I needed the delivery quickly because I had a family event and the customer service was amazing, emailing me back really quickly and sending it out the same day so it arrived on time for me. Thank you Bettina.

I will definitely be buying more from this brand.

I bought a dress which stated petite. It trailed across the floor - I am 5'1" I returned it and they received it back on 18 Feb. They said there would be a 7-10 day wait to refund. This week on 4 March I emailed to ask where this is, they say it will be a couple of days. Today on the 5 March they email to say it will be a further 5-10 days for money to be returned. Do not buy from this company!

Lovely dresses but due to inconsistent sizing I ordered a few to try on and now waiting a long time for £350 to be refunded which is unacceptable. I know they received my return on 29th January, it should not take this long to process a return they say to allow up to 10 working days but it appears they wait until the 10th day to do anything about it. I won’t be purchasing from them again due to this as it’s a lot of money to have outstanding.

Customer service 10/10. Ordered a dress which was sent to the wrong address by the courier. The Hope and Ivy customer service team was amazing. They sent me out a replacement dress without any hesitation and were so helpful.
The Helena dress was beautiful and fit perfect. I was delighted with it.

What stunning clothing! I ordered 2 dresses in different colours and a jumpsuit for a really special day out and the only problem is I love all of them and don’t know what to return!
I emailed a request for when a larger size I. The jumpsuit would be in as it’s currently out of stock and I received a prompt reply with a link to order it! Amazing customer service to boot

I purchased 3 dressed from Hope & Ivy - first time purchaese. I must say the quality was exceptional, lots of material in each dress. I ordered more for choice and wanted to keep them all. I also had a problem with a return and Bettinna in customer was exceptional. She went over and above to help me, and all is sorted now. This is my go to brand for beautiful dresses and the Rebecca dress doesn't disappoint. It's a gorgeous colour and the fabric is really good quality. I'm somewhere between a 12 and 14 and the 12 is a great fit. And the sale price is fantastic. Thank you H&I.

The dress is absolutely fantastic. I love the cut, the print, and how beautifully it fits. It feels so comfortable and elegant at the same time, making it perfect as a wedding guest outfit but also versatile enough to wear for any other occasion.
I ended up ordering two sizes to find my perfect fit and had to return one. The customer service team was exceptional. They responded to my query almost immediately, helped me through the return process with genuine care, and processed my refund so quickly. It’s rare these days to experience such friendly, efficient, and thoughtful service. Truly one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had.

Ordered four dresses loved them all, beautiful fits but one arrived with a broken zip, customer service from Bettina fantastic, swift and personable. Did I need 3 dresses nope, did I keep them all and order another via asos yes! Very rare to find such perfect fits for my figure (postpartum tummy, size 14, 34HH chest, 5’2” height) the size 16 fit perfectly, the 18 perfect for my chest and roomy elsewhere and a size 20 because that was the only remaining stock and I can wear very loose, loved them all!

I found ordering very easy and my Nesta dress arrived today. It’s absolutely beautiful, fits perfectly and I can’t wait to wear it! Hope & Ivy replied to my emails promptly and their customer support team was very supportive.
