I loved my technician as he was honest and competent. He was focussed on solutions to the existing problem versus selling me something I did not need. He was on time, courteous and a pleasure to work with! Five stars well earned!

I thought the job was done well
I thought the job was done well; however, very overpri ed. I felt like when my water softener was checked, something was done to make it appear to be broke in an attempt to sell me an overpriced water softener for $1900.00. I felt like I was being taken all the way around.

Hope plumbing did a great job of fixing things in our condo which we have sold and were going to have an inspection. The Hope plumber was polite, and gave me our options and did the work we needed. I will use them again for our plumbing needs!
