The first 5 star review I have given.
Ordered item at 09.10. on Wednesday received a reply at 09.48 to say the item had been despatched. Received my order the following day at 12.28 pm. Brilliant.

Thoroughly recommend Hopkinson…

I would thoroughly recommend Hopkinson Cycles from the point of clear website, ordering , delivery and after care sales when I requested a copy of the receipt that I had lost within my system. I not only got a reply but the owner put in the search work to find what I was looking for.

Very friendly and helpful.

Excellent service from Hopkins cycles

Excellent service from Hopkins cycles. I bought a SRAM XX1 chain off of them at a great price on Tuesday night and it arrived Thursday afternoon. Very pleased and the chain looks great on the bike. Would definitely buy from them again.

Amazing customer service

Amazing customer service. I sent an email asking when a product would be available and asking to explain some differences to me, and I had a reply straight away. I then ordered the product and it was dispatched the same day.

Quality seller - would recommend.
Needed a replacement bike lock but had a question about the bracket before purchase. Great communication from seller via email and great price. The bike lock came adequately packaged and promptly delivered. Zero complaints.
