Wide range of kit / equipment available at very attractive prices. Free delivery is also a useful addition to the pricing strategy. Only issue is the lack of an order delivery schedule / tracking update facility otherwise 5stars would have been awarded.

Absolutely excellent! I have placed three separate orders over recent weeks - two midweek orders were processed immediately and arrived in less than 24 hours. The third one placed over a weekend arrived on the Tuesday - Fantastic speedy service considering I live on the south coast. The parts were all good quality, well packed for delivery and competitively priced. I wish I had found this cycle shop before now - there will be no more wasted trips to local shops and trading estate emporiums! Well done Hopkinsons!

Excellent company. I purchased a pair of wheels. One of the hubs was sticky and they refunded the item plus postage, no questions asked. It turned out that the “issue” was actually due to my ignorance and so I am even more impressed that they did this for me, I don’t think it’s companies would have been so helpful.

Super quick delivery, ordered on Sunday night, confirmation first thing Monday, delivered Tuesday and great price for tyres !
