Well it should be called hop on, sod off. Not taken to our drop off as there might be traffic jam. Never heard the likes of it. Always used where ever we have been. 50 euros for 2 days. Well disappointed. Rude driver
This company is a reseller of tours by other tour companies, not a tour company itself. All they're doing is placing a booking with an actual tour operator on your behalf. In my case the price they charged was over 10% higher than if I had bought directly.
I found out, not via this company, that the bus would not be running on the second day of my booking due to roads being closed during the Paris Olympics. When I contacted them to cancel they asked me to contact the bus company directly.
There's zero benefit in booking with this company, they take no responsibility for the ticket they have resold. Please buy direct instead.
Driver Keith gave us a very informative and humorous tour around York and on the second day spotted us on the way to the pick up point and stopped to let us on. All live commentary rather than a pre-recorded script and all the better for it. Even pointed out some recommended restaurants and things to do. Definitely recommend if you are new to the city.

Did the hop on hop off bus tour in Belfast and totally loved it. Buses were clean, staff friendly and we especially loved that it was a person doing the commentary and not a soulless voice on a pre recorded set of earphones. Good value for money too.
It’s extremely worst experience on this company. I bought the bus tour ticket. It should be included a cruise ticket but i can’t redeem it and when I call the hotline. The staff just ask me to look for the staff or bus driver but no one can help in the end.
