Great costumer service!

I was once a fan of this skincare brand's facial moisturizer, and with sunnier days ahead, I decided to try their SPF 30 variant. Unfortunately, it fails to provide adequate hydration and leaves my skin feeling parched and uneasy. Additionally, I purchased their under-eye serum, which has an unexpected tint that requires extra effort to remove any excess, causing my skin to feel tight and uncomfortable. I've also bought the hair styling spray but I'm really not convinced either. Big disappointment.

I ordered two products - deodorant and bear oil (lemon & mint). The delivery was very quick (quicker than the updates sent by email). Packaging looked smart and high quality. The beard oil however did not smell as advertised, sadly it smelled more like vegetable oil you would use for cooking. I was looking forward to a nice fresh smell but not a hint of lemon or mint (both strong scents I would argue). I have requested a refund for this, and despite very quick responses and issuing me with a return label. It has taken a week to sort this out though, with lots of chasing and cajoling (proving delivery for example through Track and Trace). That has been frustrating though the responses from Customer Care have been quick.
The deodorant does smell amazing, however, and does seem to be working well - it masks the smell of the sweat really well. I would say that it does leave marks on my clothes - a waxy residue in the armpit area of my t-shirts at the end of the day (Horace say it doesn't) - hoping this washes out normally, as I do like the smell.
Will stick to something like Weleda or something next time - feels like it is a bit more style over substance.

Poor quality products! Broke me out in acne in 36 hours (and I’m 54!!). Filled out the skin test so expected products that would suit my needs. Moisturiser might as well have been sand paper. Left my skin dry and dull! Emailed today to voice concerns that my emailed routine was wrong. They admitted as much and suggested the firming gel tonight and not moisturiser!! Skin is now truly awful! Please don’t make my mistake. I am asking for a refund so I can return to my old brand. I had such high hopes for Horace but seems to be style over substance! Great marketing but poor quality products.

What can I say, well I'll start with one word first, and that word is "incredible". Horace have completely changed the game for me, and have altered the way I had previously perceived the world of skin and hair care for men to be - which was a world of vanity - full of useless nonsense that did way more harm than good.

I still hold those views for some companies (quite a few spring to mind :) ) However Horace is an exception, and more than that - It's a fantastic team of individuals that seem wholly dedicated to the cause of producing natural and high quality products, that are easy to use, and leave you with a feeling of sincere confidence.

My hair is naturally curly and quite thick, which is something I'm very grateful to possess - however, it was almost always dry, and sometimes the thickness would just get in the way and become really annoying, which led me to keep it short; using the Horace shampoo and the conditioner for dry hair has completely changed that, as my hair is now more textured and healthier looking than it has ever been, and now I'm in a position where growing my hair out is only annoyance because it won't grow fast enough! everything else has been alleviated - and it's all down to Horace.

What more can I say apart from that now almost everyone that knows me now knows of this company, and if you're skimming the reviews before you make your decision on whether to go for it or not - I'd %100 say go for it.

Brilliant company/ great customer service/ quality products, and all without burning a hole into your pocket. - It's made in me a happy customer, and a customer for life.

I placed an order for a Christmas present on 25 November and by 22 December it still hadn't arrived. When I contacted the customer care team on live chat I was told that the order had been cancelled because the payment didn't go through. However, the money was taken from my account very promptly so that's not true. I now have to wait for an email back to understand 'what's happened'. I don't want to wait for an email. I want to talk to someone about why my money has been taken and why the product hasn't arrived - and I want my money back. Based on this experience I won't be dealing with Horace again.

Thought I would try Horace not shopped here before, bought a skin care gift set, came In lovely presentable box, and I’m sure the products are very good but I felt let down by the tube packaging it looked cheap like a toothpaste tube with dents in it, I tried to smooth this out but with there not being enough of the product in the tube, this was difficult it just looked like it had been used but thankfully for the seal it hasn’t, I think if the tube was smaller or more of the product this would fill out more smooth, for this reason 4 stars as packaging is important to me on the products, would like to see a more environment friendly like glass jars.

Update: Horace were very helpful replacing the product, however the packaging of the tubes just don't feel high end, feels like a toothpaste tube, but I have to say my partner enjoyed the products and noticed a difference using them.

I have recently discovered this brand and I am highly unlikely to go anywhere else for my skincare products now - yes, Horace is 'that' good! Each product I have tried feels premium and very well formulated, and my skin is clear and hydrated. Prior to using Horace my skin felt tight and dry and I can honestly say within four days of switching to this brand it cleared up completely. For all the products feel premium and efficient, this is not reflected in the price tag - they are very affordable and I would urge anyone thinking of investing in their face to give Horace a try. C'est magnifique!

It really does work. The spf moisturiser leaves my skin feeling really healthy straight away. It stays like this all day and looks clean and not oily. I use the face firming gel in the evening and the salycilic acid drops in the morning as well. My skin looks younger and I'm so happy I found the brand. Yes, it does take its time coming through customs but it's worth it.

Where to begin with this company,
I will be a forever customer since my first purchase of horace about a year ago.

As someone who suffers with sensitive skin and psoriasis, this brand has been a god send.
Their face wash, scrub and moisturizer have become my go to products. My skin is no longer red and tight like after using other skin care brands, in fact it is quite the opposite. Glowing, clear and noticeably healthier. And I only use these products once a day.

Their face mask when used weekly tops all this off nicely and keeps my skin clear and healthy.

I honestly cannot recommend these products enough, if you're looking for a new skin care company, try these. You won't regret it.

Their soaps smell astonishing and leave a long lasting clean feeling that lasts hours and a scent that can be smelt for just as long.

Their tooth brush is perfect and has helped my teeth stay healthy.

These products have been a game changer for me !! I’ve had trouble with my skin for a few years now (sensitive skin, redness, outbreaks…) Turns out the classic female skincare products don’t suit my skin type. After just one week of using the Horace products, I can already see & feel the difference !! I’m so happy and relieved 💙

Fantastic products. Ordered the face mask. I have sensitive skin but this stuff is unreal. Delivered to the UK within 5 days too! Will be ordering more soon.

I recently switched to Horace from a variety of other brands for skin and hair care. They seem to focus on environmental consciousness and the use of natural ingredients, which really appeals to me. I love all of the products I bought from them (which I have reviewed below). The only potential downsides are that delivery takes about a week which is longer than Amazon, and they aren't really widespread in the UK yet so you can't just pop to John Lewis and check them out.

Purifying shampoo / conditioner - the scents are delightful, a little bit minty, a little bit lemony and very fresh. You only need to use small amounts of both so even a small bottle will last a pretty long time. I have straight mid-length hair that is prone to getting greasy and it suits my hair well.

Texturising styling spray - I use this on slightly damp hair and then blow dry (more like a sea salt spray) and it works very well. I don't like using pomades or waxes, and find that I don't need to when I use this. It gives me the right amount of texture and hold without being heavy. I actually find I don't need to wash my hair as often now. The bottle you get is very small - I would prefer a bigger size. Some other reviewers don't like the scent - it is strong (compared to Label M, say), but personally I think it is beautiful. It is peppery and smells super clean.

Face scrub - My skin always feels nice after using this, but I can't say I have noticed any profound differences. I don't really suffer with blemishes or bad skin, though.

Purifying face cleanser - Love this. It smells a bit strange and has an odd consistency (almost congealed), but it doesn't make my face feel tight or dry afterwards. I am prone to oiliness which it tackles well. Again, you have to use the tiniest amounts so it will last most people a long time.

Watermelon toothpaste - being so used to minty toothpastes, this was odd at first. It tastes so good (I want to eat it), and your mouth doesn't taste gross after 20 minutes like it often does after using mint flavoured toothpastes. It makes my teeth feel much cleaner than regular toothpaste.

Overall, I will definitely be buying from Horace again. Fantastic, high-quality products.

Ordered the item on the 29th of September. Told me it would be with me the following week. Nearly 3 weeks later, it’s only just arrived in the country now. I got in touch with them throughout and they said they can’t do anything to help and it’s all to do with the shortage of HGV drivers. I asked why wasn’t I made aware of this when purchasing as they literally got in touch with me when the order was placed and money was out of my account. So I’m still without my items and I’ve been charged £44 nearly amounts ago.

Products work really well! I got the eye roll on, blue face mask and a sort of cleansing spray and they have worked really well on my skin. Only downsides really are delivery to the UK isn’t the best, they would be better working with Amazon or someone to distribute on the UK to make it quicker. Blue mask works well but needs some work on the consistency and smell. It’s a bit to watery to work well as a mask and smells like hair dye and which isn’t the most pleasant. Like I said, they do work well but need a little refinement
