Clean and simple packaging, that contains clean and effective products that smell great or make your skin or hair actually noticeably better. Mildly treat price, but not off putting when you feel the benefits over using other products that are out there. Online shop is good.

I found you products online as I have rosacea and was searching for natural skincare product paraben free etc.
I will say that the service I received was excellent and the products even better. I'm planing at trip to London on the 11 December and your new store in Covent Gardens is definitely on my list.

I recently found this brand on TikTok so gave it a go. Delivery service was great. The products themselves are fantastic. The serums and creams work very well. Can’t wait to try more of their range !

The customer service was very good but I found the products to be distinctly average; the face cleanser has a strong unpleasant smell to it, it seems to work ok but there are cheaper, better alternatives in my opinion. I really wanted to like the products but i just don't feel they are worth the money. I left a 2 star review on the product itself and I was told my review has been accepted for moderation which explains why nearly 99% of their reviews for that product are 4 or 5 stars. i suspect my review will never see the light of day.
Edit: i have just found the 1-3 star reviews on the product but as the percentages are rounded down they all show as 0%. currently in talks with Horace about my review

I discovered the Horace range of men’s grooming products on a recent trip to France. I can recommend these enough. They are great quality products at a fair price, and now available in the UK.

Discovered Horace while looking for a new scent to add into my rotation, I can safely say they have a customer for life the parfum is very unique and fresh. It was was so good that my friend immediately bought himself a bottle.
The special touch with the personalisation stickers and the thank you note are also very nice.

I have struggled with premium grooming products across the years due to my combination skin and greasy beard; certain shower gels etc have caused dry patches and it’s been a total pain. I’d resorted to cheap brands that did smell as good or give high performance.

Since my wife gifted me items from the Horace range at Christmas I’ve been hooked. Everything does what it’s supposed to, the fragrances are on a level of any luxury brand and the prices are great.

Finally, after countless Brands - I have found the perfect Skincare Brand.
The difference in my Skin has been incredible which isn't unusual in previous experience BUT months and months later I'm still seeing the same result.
Won't ever change from Horace.
