Received our 2 H5 suitcases and 2 Topcases today. They are very very well made, looks fantastic in true red and blue vega! They move very smootly and the inner part is also very nice. The top cases are a very well investment and they fit perfectly on top of the suitcase (thanks to a well thought hollow space), so its not shaking around, plus its offering a nice extra space for things you want to grab quickly...very sturdy also! We are very happy!

To start this review I must say that I loved my Horizn suitcase, so much so that I immediately bought a second one. For the short term it was a phenomenal bag. However, within less than a year of very careful use and no obvious accident major cracks started forming in the the hardshell. After addressing this issue with evidence to the company, their team informed me that their supposed "lifetime warranty" does not apply as the bag was being used AS LUGGAGE in the outside world. What a disappointing response and deceptive sales tactic from a brand I used to admire deeply. I would be happy to speak further with the Horizn team regarding a more fair resolution.

I’ve had my H7 Glossy Blue luggage for a few years now. It’s still a great piece of luggage and I use it often. The glossy exterior is beautiful but it has a lot of visible scratches on it now. So, I decided to order a new set of luggage from Horizn. I did a matte color this time around and I look forward to testing it out.
When I was on the website it said that the luggage couldn’t be shipped to my area. I was unhappy about that, so I decided to send an email. I received a response from Lena immediately and after explaining my situation, my issue was addressed and taken care of. Lena was able to find the error and take care of the issue that prevented delivery to the US. She created a new order for me - now I have my shipping confirmation. Lena made the process very easy and I’m thankful that she was able to correct the error. I look forward to receiving my backpack, duffel and H7 luggage (all in light quartz gray). I’m quite excited!

Broken M6 after 3 years of average usage
Being an early adopter of the brand and thrusting their claim on german engineering and high-tech materials I bought my first luggage on 2021. Ever since I have travel on vacations 2-3 a year, which I consider average usage.
On my current vacations, obly after 3 years it broke. No overweight (21kg). It was on a single point to point flight (no stopover handling). I am deeply disappointed to find out that it is not possible to repair and that the brand is not willing to accept or deal with the problem caused by the low quality material the luggage is made of.
Not able to negotiate with them an alternative solution since they claim quality test with 40kg and repetitions of 10 times.
My lugagge was used maybe 10 times in three years and it was never overweighted. I seriously doubt them now. I seriously discourage you to buy them.
Fact 1: Low quality cars are in fact taken out ouf the market, because they can kill people.
Fact 2: There was not any offer of 30% discount. I questioned since the beggining why would I buy again a low quality Luggage anyway.
Fact 3: I previously owned a Hard shell United Colors of Benetton luggage that I used similarly for more than 10 years and donated after buying the luggage in question.

We have owned a small cabin suitcase that we purchased from Horizon Studios 4 to 5 years ago and one of the wheels has broken. I contacted Horizon Studios to see if it was covered for repair under the lifetime guarantee on 03/05/2024 and got a reply the same day and by the end of the day the problem was resolved By Lena in Customer Services. I just wish other companies could work as efficiently.

I have the M5 cabin case which has been used frequently and loved! Recently I experienced an issue with the handle. When I contacted Horizn, Lena could not have been more helpful. I had lost my purchase details and no longer had the email I used to purchase, but even with these small hurdles, she swiftly organised a solution and was so polite in the process. I bought my first Horizn suitcase M5 back in 2018 and it is still my best companion in my business trips. Since then I bought other 2 Horizn suitcases for my wife and for check in luggage.
Recently I had the wheels of my "old" M5 to be changed and I must say the after sales service was super fast in providing right indications and support.

Two weeks ago I had a suitcase damage and went to the store. They immediately took pictures and put all the details into their systems. A few days later Horizon contacted me and told me that the examined the pictures and that the damage was not repairable and the will send me a new suitcase. Only a few days later the suitcase arrived. Happy about the uncomplicated and friendly process! ;)

I purchased a set of three suitcases in varying sizes and, while they look great, I'm a bit disappointed so far with the quality. I have used my largest suitcase only once (it's away on its first trip with me now), and the fabric on the inside zip compartment is already tearing away from the seam. I have not overloaded my case - there's a normal amount of clothes in the section. Also, the amount of scuffs on the shell for one journey is excessive. I know airlines throw suitcases around a bit, but I was upset when I saw just how many scratches and scuffs the material was already showing after only one flight. I guess after a few more uses it's going to look really scruffy. Shame, as I purchased these for how smart they looked, alongside the promise of lifetime durability.
