Quality doesn't appear to be that good
I bought a Hard Shell H6 Check-In Suitcase in 2019 for use on long haul flights. After just a couple of flights, the case started looking very grubby. On the sixth flight, it cracked in two places, making it unusable. For a premium priced product, it's not what I was expecting. I wouldn't recommend them.

Our suitcase shells are made from polycarbonate, a material that is perfect for the manufacture of suitcases. It is characterized by extremely high impact resistance and rigidity. Polycarbonate is also very flexible. This has the advantage that impacts can be absorbed well. Nevertheless, no material is indestructible and it can of course break if it is dropped or hit hard or similar. In such a case, the party that has caused the damage needs to be hold responsible. This is in many cases the airline which handled the luggage during a flight.

This is our second cabin suitcase. The product is very good and you can open it without having everything falling out.
We love this and use the charges every time we travel.

Amazing service
I bought my first Horizn trolley seven years ago. It has traveled with me around the world on business and leisure. After seven years and countless miles the handle had a defect, and I contacted the company because they offered lifetime warranty at the time of purchase. I returned the trolley for repair but unfortunately due to a crack in the shell, they couldn’t repair the trolley.
Instead, they offered me a brand new trolley at no cost and no questions asked. Within two days the new trolley arrived and I’m super happy. I would recommend anyone traveling for business or leisure to buy their trolley from Horizn. The company and their service is out of this world.

Smart case failed. Horzn not responding.
After around 6 or 7 uses my so called 'smart' luggage battery pack has failed. Horzn say they can't deliver a replacement to Ireland (so, no longer a smart case!). I have no doubt Horizn can provide a replacement via an appropriate courier, but Horzn are now ignoring my emails. I have 3 other 'smart' cases I bought for relatives and am concerned that these will fail and become just a normal case. 'Smart' case seems to be a gimmick as the battery packs seem to be very poor quality! I await a positive response guy's.
I note your very strange response and I dispute a number of things.
You have not answered all my emails.
I do have other smart cases.
The issue is likely to occur again given the poor quality of the charger.
Your response and overall customer service is appalling.

Of course, we regret that we care unable to fulfil your request to send you a smart charger. As we explained, our delivery provider does ship send smart chargers, that are considered a dangerous good, to Ireland. Fortunately all the suitcases, that you ordered from us, do not have a built-in smart charger, so this problem will hopefully not occur again. All the best from Horizn.

I used rimowa for 15 years until it broke (they wanted to charge me 400€ “lifetime guarantee” right?!? ) so I needed to get new luggage, also I compared newer rimowa models…it isn’t what it used to be so I was looking for better alternatives this luggage looks good and the quality is excellent for a absolute reasonable price.
