I ordered a SoFo weekend bag.

Felt a bit misled by their product photos, especially when it comes to the size, material and how well the bag holds its shape. I also expected more compartments such as for a laptop, which would improve the product a lot. The strap is also quite thin and the metal buckle in the middle of it is quite uncomfortable.

I am satisfied with the product, but in regards to the high price I honestly expected more from it in terms of quality and “engineering”.

Last time the big one arrived too late unfortunately.. but this time the cabin trolley arrived on the second day!! Even though it was Black Friday week! :) Happy! And Love the quality!

Perfect and fast delivery. The quality of the ordered H5 cabin luggage is very good. Everything assembled in a perfect matter and the rolls are rolling smoothly. I would buy a check-in luggage in the future for sure.

The quality is great, bit the prices are quite expensive, but I got a good black friday deal. The delivery was extremly fast and I got my suitcase within 2 days. So far, so happy.

Customer service and warranty are terrible.

I have spent over a month trying to get my suitcase repaired (a fault developed after only a few uses).

Horizn insists that I use their chosen provider in the UK for repairs. This is significantly more complicated than just refunding me for repair costs at a convenient repair shop.

Horizn’s provider has booked to collect the suitcase twice - and failed to collect the suitcase both times (ie the courier just didn’t show up both times, without any explanation).

Horizn’s suggested solution is that I keep trying the same thing. Absolutely ridiculous and dismal customer service.

Very quick delivery! Ordered on Saturday delivered on Tuesday!
Unboxing. I bought the M5 Smart en H7. Both came in cardboard box. The suit cases are transported in a nice cotton bag, great to keep it clean in storage.
Quality. Initial impression is very good. No damage, and materials look durable. Only minus point I could find is that the label for your name and address is glued to the tag, and will probably dissolve very quickly from the tag.
I liked the additional side pockets for cables and a small storage pocket for the supplied laundry bag and the transparent bag for liquids. It is those little details that really makes me appreciate these suitcases.
The M5 Smart has a built-in, removable charger and comes with a USB-A adapter cable for both iPhone (Lightning) and USB-C.
I can’t wait to try it out on my next travels.
