Horizon Hobbies carries the top line RC products you need. For instance, all E-flite planes are rigorously tested by the in-house team to ensure they are selling the best flying planes possible. Paying a little more for a well thought out product is well worth it! They also stand behind them and support the customer through technical assistance the always responds within 48 hours. Being an Elite Club member creates additional benefits such as access to RC specialists and additional opportunities for members only sales and bonus points. The included RealFlight software and yearly quarterly updates balances out the price paid for membership. This is before you consider 10 percent of parts under $50 and free 2 day shipping on most items,

New AeroScout question answered well

New Aeroscout question answered well
The AeroScout uses new telemetry about battery condition which locked up the display on my DX8G2 transmitter saying the battery needed charging. The battery was over half full. The answer was to press the Clear and Back rollers, which would then return display. There was enough to fly at least 3 minutes, about storage level charge or above. Thanks for the work around! Have yet to explore telemetry features.

Horizon Hobby has the best customer…

Horizon Hobby has the best customer service. 5 day turnaround. My well used iX20SE transmitter’s right slider went out. Needing replacement. Shipped off they received it on a Thursday. Checked in on Friday. Was back on my doorstep the following Friday. Transmitter works as expected. That’s awesome service.

Wow!!

Wow!!! Horizon Hobby Customer service BLEW me away, truly extraordinary. Let's just say that Horizon Hobby went above and beyond my high expectations, and I am grateful. As a customer in 2024, it is hard to expect the best from the businesses that we keep alive with our patronage, but it refreshing to experience the high level of customer loyalty. The person I dealt with was Chris, who was a customer service rep, and he was absolutely AMAZING.
Horizon Hobbies has definitely earned a lifelong customer who has spread the word to all in his circle and beyond. Great job Horizon.

5 Stars, Sure I've had some minor problems, but they have always been taken care of. If you're not an elite member, you are missing out on personalized attention and service....Customer service does a great job and I get same day help when needed...

Horizon Hobby has great products and service

Horizon Hobby has great products. Both airplanes and radios.....E-Flite and Spektrum. They just work. I joined the Elite Club. It has more than paid for itself. Discount coupons and surprises in the mail. Mike T answers emails within an hour. Plus free shipping for even small items. My new SWS Timber is one of the best airplanes I have ever had. I just received a new 1.3 M Cherokee. It looks like the one I learned to fly in many years ago and was too pretty to pass up.

Planes on Sale With no Batteries in…

Planes on Sale With no Batteries in Stock. Horizon put a plane on sale when they knew they had no batteries for it. I received the plane in early May and was then told that the battery was back ordered and would be back in stock in June. June is mostly gone and still no battery. The website says "backordered" again. I purchased the battery I need from my local Hobby Town; they got a bunch of them in early June.

I complained that they sold me a plane knowing the battery was not available. Apparently I hurt someone's feelings because now customer service never provides an answer.

Wonder way to run a business. Must be why they have an "F" rating from the Better Business Bureau.
I'll going back to dealing with my local hobby shop; good riddance to HorizonHobby.com sales!

Member for life. Quality + customer service = peace of mind

I just got into the RC scene 9 months ago and started with a blade 330S. Since then I’ve bought 10+ planes, 2 heli’s, 2 transmitters and a car. Throughout this time I encountered my shares of problems (mostly user error, few horizon’s fault) and their customer service is top tier. They have always help me out despite whose fault it was. Additionally, their products are actually priced well, especially when you consider the consistent high quality products, receiver/stabilization, and customer service. lastly, their membership has literally paid for itself multiple times. They have lost hundreds of dollars versus the Price, I paid for the membership. Will probably be a customer for life.

It is rare to find a company that willingly provides help to its customers. When I reach out with a question or an issue, someone gets back to me within a day. Advice provided is always on target and enables me to resolve what ever issue I have. Thanks HH

I had a great experience with Horizon

I had a great experience with Horizon. I had an issue with my radio 'B' switch and a ratchet that needed to be adjusted. The Horizon team handled it super fast. Although some parts were not covered under warranty, the team honored the repair work as if it were still under warranty.

The Horizon Elite membership has really been beneficial to me!

The Horizon Elite membership has really been worth it for me. I received Real Flight Evolution, discounts on products, extra purchase points, been able to receive assistance and get questions answered on their help line, and received surprise gift packages and magazines. I feel my Elite membership has been a great value to me, and I’ll renew my membership immediately when it ends.

Horizon Hobby - Great After-Sales Support

This is my second year as an Elite member with Horizon Hobby. More than once my customer service rep, Nick, has gone above and beyond to help me out. His quick response and follow through is a big reason why Horizon Hobby's Elite membership is so beneficial. He is a great representative for Horizon Hobby. My experience also extends to Horizon Hobby's service and support staff. I had an issue with a Blade 330s helicopter and they quickly took it back and went through it for me.
