Not much a reliable DMC, as cannot keep upto the committments made ... they collect payment immediately saying promo rates will not be there later and than deviate from committments and show excuses of room on request, vehicle was not for this duration, entry tkts not showing on portal so cannot book , tell guest to pay we will refund ( which never comes) etc etc all typesof excuses. You will be completely drained by the time guest is back dissatisfied and you loose the guest forever !!!!
The DMC will force to pay on urgent priority and than if cannot give rooms will beat around the,bush to refund....coming up with 200 excuses every day. He is a big tine FRAUD so agents be very very cautious on any business dealing with him
I owe him 35,000 which he is avoiding for last 1month . A caution just as I was cheated others shud not be

“Fraud, False Promises & Zero Professionalism – Beware of Horizon Hoppers!”

We had a very bad experience with Horizon Hoppers, Dubai. From the moment we paid the advance, their team — especially Amit and Safia — kept pressuring us to complete the full payment immediately. Even after full payment, we had to constantly follow up for every detail.

The 5-day itinerary they committed to us in writing was changed as per their convenience once the tour started. Many promised services were not provided. Their behavior was unprofessional, misleading, and caused serious inconvenience to our guests.

this was one of the worst service experiences we have ever faced. We are filing complaints with Dubai Tourism and taking legal action, and we have all proof of communication.

Posting this review so others are aware and do not fall into the same trap.
