Bunch of scambags
Fined for parking at my workplace staff parking that is ridiculous.

Nothing short of horrific how on earth companies like this are allowed to trade legally is beyond me... bullies, robbers scare tactics intimidation all this is a everyday appearance with your company
Stevenage petrol garage be careful if…
Stevenage petrol garage be careful if you use jet wash hover and fuel longer than thirty mins because this dirty rat company will cost you 40 quid and ask for evidence then still lie and cheat and ask for 80 I hope they choke on there own vomit
I received a £40 fine for overlapping…
I received a £40 fine for overlapping the parking line by about 10cm. It is absolutely ridiculous that Horizon Parking issues penalties for such minor things. Because of this, Tesco UK has just lost a customer. I hope Tesco is proud of their partnership with this company, as I will not be shopping there anymore
Passable, Cahoots with airport parking scammers.
It's elegantly quite possible that Horizon Parking is in cahoots with airport parking scammers.
Always appeal any parking charges you receive from them, especially around Heathrow Airport.
Think about evidence you may have on your phone in case you have to prove that it wasn't you who parked your car where the alleged parking charge was applied to you
Switch on Google Timeline on Google Maps so you can prove it wasn't you who moved a car to a carpark that an unscrupulous parking company may use.
But don't use a timeline if you are a criminal!
There's nothing to fear from data that proves you are in the right!
it will help you in situations like this.
Maybe you went on your holiday thinking your car was safe, or maybe you used a meet and greet service. Or even if you're using secure parking with a bus transfer, and it turns into a meet 30 minutes before you arrive at the airport, which is what happened to me.
It's a new scam in the UK. Watch out, folks.
I hope this helps you if this happens to you.
This company is a joke
This company is a joke. Parked at hatfield galleria in a disabled parking space blue badge on display. I was there for just over an hour I received a parking charge today and the photos they have on the letter is of me entering and then parking in the car park. No photos of the car without a blue badge. And seeing as I'm disabled with a blue badge I'm within my rights to use it as it 3 hours free parking. Their evidence is absolutely bollocks!!
Scumbag company
Scumbag company. Well done Tesco. I will no longer ever shop with you again whilst you are in cohorts. Find another way.
Terribel company
Terrible company. Take over NCP. Advise via paoster to download an app to pay that has nothing to do with them. These companies are the scum of the earth!
False accusations and defective camera monitoring.
Parked at Tesco twice in one day and they accused my of parking there for 7 hours. Preposterous. I've appealed this charge and will not be paying a penny. I have video evidence of the car on my drive during these hours.
Extremely terrible
Extremely terrible, I went for a meal beefeater I received a letter two weeks later I was 59 seconds late leaving
Will definitely lose customers.

USELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE
USELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE - Zero star
Got a parking charge on March 5th 2026. Paid £51 on March 8th and traveled. I got back to find the same parking charge delivered to me again. The ladies handling the calls are clueless and rude! My card has already been debited and they say there is no sign of payment.
Unlike most people’s experiences with…
Unlike most people’s experiences with Horizon Parking mine was in fact a good one.Recently I parked in an Asda parking controlled by this company. My stay extended the limit by few minutes so I received the fine through the post. I appealed with proof of reasons and they cancelled the fine. Thanks to them. I gave one star less because it was impossible to apply on line in their website due to application not going through with loading few evidence so I had to send all through the post.
Scammers. Avoid at all cost.
Scammers. Paid for parking and was a guest at the hotel only to receive a fine and had to appeal twice. They then had the nerve to say the fine was cancelled "as a gesture of good will." Laughable!! I paid for the bloody parking.
contemptible oxygen thieves
Dealing with Horizon Parking feels less like interacting with a company and more like being processed by a system that has absolutely no interest in what you actually say. You can write a clear, specific, entirely reasonable point in my case, not even an appeal, just a basic issue about being given insufficient time and what comes back is a perfectly polished response to a completely different conversation. It’s almost impressive how efficiently they can ignore the substance while still replying as if they’ve done their job.
The whole setup gives the distinct impression that communication isn’t there to resolve anything — it’s there to funnel you into a process that benefits them, regardless of what you actually raised. You’re not being heard, you’re being redirected.
And the tone? Cheerfully procedural. “We welcome communication…” — fantastic, as long as that communication fits neatly into a pre-approved box. Step outside that, and suddenly it’s like shouting into a void that auto-replies. There’s a cold, mechanical quality to it all — like the outcome is predetermined and the rest is just theatre. Evidence, context, basic fairness — all secondary to keeping the machine moving.
It’s not that the system is broken. It’s that it works exactly as designed — just not in any way that resembles common sense or genuine customer service.
If you ever wanted to experience what it’s like to be completely disregarded in a highly structured, legally careful, and deeply impersonal way, this is about as refined an example as you’ll find.
A thoroughly unpleasant exercise in going nowhere, very efficiently.
Strategically unhelpful”
• “Relentlessly impersonal”
• “Engineered indifference”
• “Consistency in not engaging”
• “Administrative brick wall”
• “A masterclass in missing the point”
Which equals to contemptible oxygen thieves that hide from those they treat with utter disrespect and contempt
Charged £51 (appealed) in Porthmadog…
Charged £51 (appealed) in Porthmadog b&m where i apparently overstayed a few minutes trying to calm my disabled child leading to having to call my husband for assistance. £51!!!!
Disgusting!
Payment machine wouldn't accept my contactless after several attempts, so tried to download the app to pay, but couldn't complete my card details. In the end I had to Park somewere else after 15 mins of trying to pay, I then recieved a fine.
Appeal was rejected, and I ended up still having to pay £60 for a 15min stay!! 🤬 Absolutely disgusting company, completley ignored the fact I had tried to pay, only stating that payment had not been registered!! Which I had explained! As always..no way of being able to contact them, unless your paying on their automated line.
I'll never understand how these companies are still getting away with charging extortionate fees!!
Absolute pisstaking no moral mugs I…

THEY ARE THE BIGGEST SCAMMERS
THEY ARE THE BIGGEST SCAMMERS, COLD HEART,FAKE

I had a very frustrating experience with Horizon Parking. In my opinion, this company operates in a very unfair way. They issued me a parking fine even though I was legally parked in their designated parking area and followed the rules.
The process felt extremely unreasonable, and it seemed like the goal was simply to collect money rather than properly review the situation. Despite parking correctly, I still received a penalty notice, which caused unnecessary stress and wasted time trying to resolve it.
If you park in any area managed by Horizon Parking, make sure you keep all your evidence — photos of your car, the signs, your ticket, and timestamps. You may need it later if they decide to issue a charge.
Overall, my experience left me feeling that this company is more interested in making money from penalties than treating drivers fairly. I would strongly advise others to be very careful when using any parking area managed by them.
