I have been a Hormozi customer for over 5 years, over which time I have tried coffee beans across the world from Indonesia to South America. I have tried ground whole and green beans in my pursuit of my Holy Grail of coffee. (A coffee that tastes as good as it smells)
Service is exemplary, product reliable and communication great. If you are new I would recommend the Hormozi family business as the perfect partner.

After my recent roaster increased prices I was looking at a more affordable coffee service and stumbled upon Hormozi coffee. They seem to be one of many few who do samples too which is excellent. Ordered the Spanish House Blend and with free delivery it was excellent value. Lasted me two weeks and just placed another order as it tasted great. I love the fact that they offer 125 and 250g options where as many either do 125g or 1kg, they also let you customise the roast, grind so you get it just how you want. Another highlight is that you can also order green unroasted beans which is great if you want to experiment at home. Overall having a great service from them and now my go to roaster. If I could provide any feedback, it would be that the choice is overwelming so the website could do more to guide you based on what you drink, close matches etc.

I have found the best coffee I’ve ever bought here - I love the India monsoon - and the service is excellent, friendly and efficient. The Hormozi family pack and email so it’s clearly a hands-on family company. Recently they were out of my favourite so I asked for close substitutes and received a quick reply with some very nice suggestions. Quick delivery in recyclable packaging. Excellent company in all respects

The coffee is fantastic and always delivered promptly, recently a complimentary bag of Ethiopian included in my order which prompted this review!
Also: order direct on their website, not via their eBay store or Amazon, no point giving the big corps a cut of Hormozi's hard work.

Have been ordering for a few years now and as always an exceptional service. Have tried several single origin beans, all very good but now settled for their Spanish house blend, very good value and always delivered promptly. Website was temperamental sometimes but has improved recently. Overall though I'm very happy with this company 😁

Such an easy place to buy my coffee beans. Not sure the tasting notes always reflect the actual flavours, but I've certainly found some wonderful coffee beans. I've asked for advice and got excellent personal responses from the team at Hormozi. Free delivery too up to the Scottish Highlands which is much appreciated. I hope they continue to offer great coffee at excellent prices.

The only thing better than the Hormozi coffee is the customer service. Brilliant to deal with, always quick to respond to queries or provide advice.

I'm on subscription and it always turns up on time, perfectly packaged and with the great consistency which means it's easy to produce the coffee just as I like it and at a fair price - none of these things should be taken lightly and there's one household in North Wales that doesn't 👍

Excellent freshly-roasted coffee, keenly priced and despatched very promptly. Have been a customer for some years and will continue to be so.
Only negative for me is the increasingly cluttered website - needs to be faster and easier to navigate.

I’ve been a customer since March 2023. I had never had a problem and enjoyed the coffee. I recently purchased a Kilo bag and something was off with the beans. (I have been grinding coffee with the same machine for 5 years) I ended up wasting around a third of the bag as they didn’t seem to work, the pressure was off, I changed the grind etc, it was just unusual. I contacted Hormozi and explained the issue, and basically was fobbed off….I didn’t want a refund, and as no explanation was forthcoming, I thought an offer of a small bag of coffee, due to how much I wasted ,would have been reasonable as I am a repeat customer. Instead, nothing, nada, zero, not even an apology. So, I have just found another coffee supplier who roasts on the day of purchase, as Hormozi obviously have NO idea about customer service.
UPDATE.. after reading my emails, just to correct that at NO TIME was I offered a refund.
My last e- mail (25th Jan) was not even replied to.

Quick shipping. Great customer support and the coffee comes in such a great variety and loads of decaff options which isn't normally an option in most places

I am so happy to find Hornozi Coffee. I can chose a variety of coffee which I have had tasted before.
