I am very satisfied with the customer service. One of the products I ordered was not available in my size, and they were very helpful to offer me my money back or choose another product (they suggested similar products). When I did they were very fast in sending my order!

Good quality and great service
Ordered a few items from Horsefeathers during their summer sale and received everything today. The quality is pretty solid, and I'm looking forward to trying the equipment out on the slopes this season.
I'd also asked them to delay dispatch until a specific date, and they got it exactly right. I received the parcel on the second day I was able to. Great attention to detail from their team, well done and thanks!
