Selling two houses at the same time seemed tricky and a lot! However Chris Goodwin from Hortons made it as stress free as possible. I appreciated the realistic & honest approach and the easy contact we had throughout the process. Estate Agents do not have a great reputation however working with Chris was quite refreshing and I would not hesitate in recommending him to friends and family looking to take the plunge!

Chris Goodwin acted for the sellers on a property we purchased. He was very friendly and knowledgeable when he showed us the property twice. Throughout the process, he was always responsive and helpful in communication with the sellers and nearer to exchange he was instrumental in pushing forward the chain working with the various solicitors. I'd highly recommend working with him.

When I decided to relocate for my work, I had to choose an estate agent. We know that they don’t always have a great reputation, but my neighbours had recently moved and everything seemed to happen so smoothly. I took their recommendation and called Gianfranco at Hortons. From start to finish he was’on it’. He was on time, efficient, effective and keep the promises he made when he made his pitch in my home. Moving forwards three months, I’m in my new home and I have to thank Hortons and Franco especially for keeping it a stress free and smooth experience! If you’re selling your home, consider Hortons.

Both my partner and I echo every positive testimonial left for Gianfranco Paparozzi. Though we didn’t end up buying through Hortons, Gianfranco has been on hand whenever necessary to offer invaluable advice to help guide us through our property search. We both have said it’s actually a little bit of a shame to have found a suitable property now as it means our time working with Gianfranco has had to come to an end. Whether it be through Instagram, Whatsapp or phonecall, Gianfranco was there. His personable approach, quick wit & knowledge on the local market is something we both recognised and have to applaud. Gianfranco, you truly are a credit to the estate agency industry and I just wish more agents performed in the way you have throughout our time working with you. We have reccomended Hortons & Gianfranco to both family and friends that are thinking of buying/selling and reccomend anybody else to do the same. Gianfranco, to give him his full moniker, was a delight to deal with. His easy going, sunny disposition puts you immediately at ease. He kept me fully informed and responded to any questions I had, promptly. He even turned up to show me the bed that I was thinking of buying from the seller! Nothing was too much trouble. If you are thinking of selling or buying a property then Franco is your man.

Excellent service. Even when there were the inevitable bumps in the road Franco was very good at communicating them and finding a solution. Would highly recommend.

The process from start to end has been 10/10 and nothing short of it! Franco has been much more than just an "agent", he surpassed it by miles and has become a friend in the process. He, alongside his whole team, has helped me tremendously during the process whether it's at midnight or 6am, he's been there advicing, aiding along all the humps and bumps of buying and selling a house. As someone who deals with properties on a day-to-day basis, I've had my share of experience with agents and this has been superb and will be looking forward to doing more with Horton in the future.

We used Hortons to sell our home and from start to finish we were so impressed with the level of service provided by Zoe. She was professional, organised, honest and personable and immediately made us feel at ease during a stressful time.

She set up a WhatsApp with us which was so helpful to keep the communication going and ensured everything ran as smoothly, quickly and efficiently as possible. Unlike traditional estate agents, Zoe was available beyond the usual 9-5 which made resolving queries a lot quicker and certainly helped to put our minds at ease.

It’s also worth mentioning that the photography and videos Hortons took of our property were beautiful and really showed the house in its best light.

The best Estate Agents in the business

We decided to use Hortons to sell our home based on a viewing with Gianfranco, we were totally blown away by his down to earth approach.

Gianfranco was amazing start to finish with the sale of our property. Not your typical pushy salesman at all, his honest, polite, friendly and professional approach made a refreshing change.

Moreover, Gianfranco knows the business, the local area and the market inside out, his advice was always spot on, he always laid out all the options pro's and con's to ensure we made an informed decision.

Nothing was ever too much trouble, Gianfranco went over and above every single time; from marketing our property, arranging viewings, verifying buyers and liaising with solicitors for all parties to ensure the sales process ran smoothly.

Communication with Hortons was super quick, easy and efficient, it felt like we had Gianfranco's undivided attention, we were kept informed throughout the process regardless of time/day (unlike traditional estate agents 9am-5pm approach)

I have recently used Hortons to purchase a property and I cannot speak highly enough of this business. The company was extremely easy to deal with, and Zoe the agent who saw through the process from start to finish was amazing and very attentive.

Trying to view a property with this Estate agent proves difficult. Called saturday to arrange a viewing for a property and was told they would call me back when they get a hold of owners.
3 working days later still nothing. To then get an email, not a phone call, an email, booking me an appointment confirmation without even calling me to clear it with me first for which was a date I'm unavailable! I follow up with my times an dates i was and they ignored me.
I find them highly unprofessional. They aren't bothered. Not once have i found an estate agent to not phone you with appointment times until this company. Absolute Useless.

In the process, they have lost a potential buyer for a property.

Absolute shambles of a company! If you're wanting to sell your house, please don't waste your time and more importantly pay any of your money to Hortons!!!
This is a shameful operation in which they abuse a client's trust and then use shark tactics to bully for extra unintitled money in order to profit.
DO NOT USE THIS ESTATE AGENT!!
Use one that practices with decency and integrity!
