Trying to sell a tired bungalow was not the easiest in the current climate. But with the excellent marketing strategy and constant updates to photographs and video footage Jake (Ashby) certainly made the most of any opportunity.
Even when the sale fell through it was instantly pushed again to generate more interest. Jake was very approachable and responded to messages quickly. I can’t thank him enough for going above and beyond as for a fair amount of time we were out of the country and had to rely on Jake to sort things that I’m sure we’re above his remit! Highly recommend.

Chris (Harborough Region) has been absolutely fantastic through the whole process.
What started as a very professional marketing video with drone footage showing into our house and the up and out the back garden onto the lark next to us, turned into dedicated support with our solicitors and our buyers solicitors, due to complications further down the chain.

Chris was attentive at all times and we used a whatapps group to chat constantly, which was very reassuring.

Couldn't have had a better agent in Chris (and his team actually...).

Jake understood perfectly how to sell my slightly unusual home and did a great job of getting people through the door to find the right buyer for the house. He was always available to both me and my potential buyers which was reassuring, and a nice person to deal with which helps during a stressful time too!

A great job done , Zoe was amazing so attentive to everyone’s needs . She was the sellers estate agents but constantly worked on all parties behalves to bring it all together .Would recommend to anyone . Thanks again Zoe 😊

Zoe at Hortons 'We love you'.... What an amazing job she did. To say our moving process was stressful would be an understatement, but without Zoe, we honestly think it would have been worse. She goes over and above to ensure everything is in place and chased everyone in our chain from start to finish!!! Communication from her was second to none, she never failed to keep us in the picture and was available virtually 24/7 (well not quite!!, sure she won't thank me for saying that😊), but unlike office based estate agents, she would message or call if the information was important regardless of the time. I'd go as far to say as she was solely responsible for the all 5 of us in the chain, despite everyone else having their own estate agent..... A marvelous lady, who is so deserved of this review. We used Zoe 10years ago and would 1000% use her again, have recommended to many many people over the years and will continue to do so. She is the best!!!! DO NOT use anyone else...x

Zoe is an absolutely fabulous estate agent. We work with Zoe on a number of our conveyancing matters and there is not an estate agent out there that could top her. She works exceedingly late to progress her clients as much as possible, she always goes above and beyond to get her clients to moving day and I dare say she is the glue that holds a lot of these chains together. Not only does she look after her own clients, she progresses almost the entire chain just to make sure her clients are not blind sighted with someone pulling out.

Without her hard work, people would be waiting a lot longer to complete than they do in her transactions.

I could not recommend her more, she is bubbly, down to earth and will get the job done better than any other agent I know !

We had a very difficult house to sell in very difficult circumstances. Hortons and in particular Angela never gave up on us and when things fell through they were able quickly to come up with new buyers. They were always available and responded to anything quickly and efficiently

I can’t praise Henry highly enough for his professional, efficient and friendly help with the sale of my house.
The photographs he took for the marketing of my property were superb and definitely boosted the number of views the property received online.
Once an offer was received and accepted (after only 2 weeks) he really showed the quality of the service he provided. He maintained a constant communication link between myself, the buyer and the solicitors, allowing questions to be answered and issues to be resolved swiftly and efficiently.

We dealt with Dan Cassidy for the sale of our house and the service we received was outstanding. We spoke to 4 estate agents before deciding to use Dan, initially the main reason was their marketing strategy. This helped us sell our house for a price higher than we expected. Purchased my first property with help from Nicole Beales, she was amazingly helpful throughout the entire process and would definately recommend them.

Please be aware that when you pay for photos as part of the marketing and sales pack Hortons retain these and have just used ours three years later to rent our old house - totally misleading to potential renters as the photos are three years old! I also paid for these and feel it is totally unethical and misleading

As new landlord's and not knowing anything about this industry I would highly recommend Sam at Hortons who took us through the whole process. All steps from finding suitable tenants to dealing with contracts was taken care of swiftly and easily. Communication through every step was good and service was and remains efficient. Sam took all the leg work out if it for us and made what could have been a difficult process an easy one.

Asked to view a property that Hortons were letting. We were very keen on the property and asked for the earliest viewing time possible.

We were given 11.30am the next day but the estate agent said ‘actually can you do 3.30pm as I won’t make it in time to the property’ in which we agreed.

To then receive a phone call at 11.45am on the day of the viewing (after arranging to take time out of work) to say the property was no longer available.

This has left us feeling very frustrated. The letting department clearly can not keep to ‘time keeping’
