VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
Having enquired about travelling to the IOW to look at two properties in one day, I was not responded to.
I then sent an enquiry about a property in Cowes to their East Cowes branch. I started off by saying that I don't like being ignored. If the property is under offer or off the market, then some sort of response would have been good customer service. Once again I was totally ignored!

Outstanding service…
The main reason for a high star review is because of Jenny who is based in East Cowes . Jenny showed a lot of knowledge on the property we looked at,she was very professional and friendly. Nothing was to much trouble and she never rushed us when viewings property.
