I have had nothing but good results from Hoselink. One minor mistake in a delivery was fixed quickly and efficiently. We have found the hose system immensely useful and practical - I'd recommend the product and the company to anyone.

Best products
Some of the fittings are a bit long & also the spray nozzle does not work that well after about 3 years, but otherwise the best products on the market.

Hi Richard, thank you for leaving a review with your feedback. We have been focusing on the fittings recently to try and make them less 'bulky'. A result of this is our Accessory connector with swivel, rather than the older models with two separate fittings, we have made them into one unit. This is a work in progress at this stage but definitely something we are looking into! All our spray guns are self-serviceable therefore it might be as simple as the unit needing more lubrication to get it working well again. Great products. I was sceptical at first as alot of online products dont end up being what they advertise. But when i recieved my products i was amazed at the quality and value for money. Very very impressed. I have told many friends about how good Hoselink products are.

Perfect Installation Instructions
The instructions with the Hoselink hose wee easy to understand and allowed me to install the hose quite easily. The drill holes were correct and the included template made it easy to get the holes in the right place. When my wife first used the hose she comment was "John this is great. Why did't ewe do this years ago!!"

Hoselink recommendation
Hoselink customer service has been excellent. I have been informed on the status of my orders along the way. I have always been a big believer on doing things properly the first time. Although you pay more for these products than standard gardening equipment, you get what you pay for. Would definitely recommend hoselink products to anyone.

Then you simply need to screw a click on male thread into the unit and this will connect to all your existing click on accessories at home. The products I ordered arrived …
The products I ordered arrived promptly, the instructions were easy to follow and we are happy with the quality of the items. Once we had our hose storage unit installed on the wall, we ordered a couple of smaller items and an extension hose in order to be able to connect it to our rain water tank as well. Even though I had a small change to make after making the second order, the friendly sales staff handled it easily by phone.
I was completely satisfied with all aspects of the service.

Treat yourself, you won't regret it
Easy to buy online and the order was delivered quickly. Absolutely thrilled with the quality of the products and love using my new retractable reel when I water the garden. It's so much better than the crappy old hose I had. Feels like a special treat just for me every time i go and water now, yay!
