I've already left a review ,but again Hospital Beds were very going, product very good...postal service horrendous, went all over the country virtually, before it went to my delivery office.
The cushion was delivered in good time. It helps greatly with my comfort, and tendency to develop pressure sores, as I now have to sit for long periods due to lack of mobility. It is quite easy to set... See more

Bought this for my 99 year old mother she is alot more comfortable with the blanket under her would recommend it.
Simple to choose and order items. Swift delivery.
Great product. I am very happy with all aspects of my interaction with this supplier.
Very efficient service and installation, unfortunately the side rails were damaged upon receipt, still waiting for replacements as agreed with the installer.

Very good wheelchair, great value and next day delivery, Thank you.
It was good to find somewhere to buy spares for our bed.The handset was a perfect match and was easy to install.
quick delivery.explanation of how watch works
Swift and easy ordering process. Delivered product to my father's address so he was able to use it within days. Product is comfortable and fit for purpose.
If I could give a 0 star rating I would.
The bed was ordered 14 days ago and when we chased this, we were told that the delivery company would be in touch. A week goes by and still nothing. Same message on the phone today - need to wait. I asked what contact details they are using and it turns out there was an error in details put in on line (digit missing from phone number) and so the delivery company will not have been able to get in contact. The person on the phone seemed pleased that this is my fault and not helpful at all. Still no idea if the delivery company will phone me or when we will get the bed!

The monitor is great and gives so much peace of mind.
The item was exactly as described. Granted the pump after week stopped working, but the company quickly and professionally replaced the faulty pump with a new one.
Avoid this company.
I didn't buy what I was expecting and the customer advisors were not proactive with ensuring I was getting what was intended and advising me on my purchase which was an expensive 600 cushion that I was unable to use. The item came shoddily packaged and already open, so I could not send it back unopened as the box was ripped open on arrival. I sent it back but was refused a refund so am not a happy bunny and believe they should be much more customer focused to vulnerable disabled customers. They had plenty of opportunities to ensure I was buying what I needed through talking to customer advisors but chose to blame me rather than looking at their customer service.
Then they gave the audacity to ask me for a further £10 to send back the item to me .. shocking service

Update: I have received an apology for the oversight in failing to reply to my calls plus an acknowledgement that the product description is misleading. They have promised to now supply a strap so I have amended my rating accordingly.
No wrist strap supplied with alarm despite product description. Made 2 phone calls in which I was promised that this would be looked into and that I would be contacted - didn't happen. My mother is at risk with a useless alarm she's unable to use as she can't wear a neck lanyard. Awaiting a wrist strap from Amazon. Not very impressed.
