Not just for humans
Absolutely fantastic. Super fast delivery and good communication. I bought a wool blanket for my elderly dog who has advancing kidney disease and can't get comfortable. He fell asleep within minutes. So successful that I ordered 2 more for where he sleeps on the bed and for my other dog.

Ordered a bed costing just under £4,000, these so called "Expert Engineers" couldn't rotate the bed to fit through a standard UK household door. Waste of time, ended up with a refund.

waiting weeks for essential pressure cushion
'Sister company' Healthandcare.co.uk took money for a pressure cushion that wasn't in stock. They didn't tell me until about a week later. Cancelled. Put in an order with Hospitalbeds.co.uk. Turns out they are the same company under a different name. But I didn't know this until they had, again, taken money for an item that wasn't in stock. Mum had to wait for over month until she got the pressure cushion. DO NOT TAKE MONEY FOR ESSENTIAL MEDICAL EQUIPMENT IF IT IS NOT IN STOCK OR UNLESS YOU HAVE MADE IT CLEAR IT IS NOT IN STOCK.

I bought the shearex Pure Wool Pile Pressure Relief Bed Fleece
Size: XXX-Large as a mattress topper. I thought it would feel thicker at 1 inch but it’s made my bed slightly more comfortable. I wish I had bought the hospital beds mattress topper instead as this is slightly uncomfortable if you roll off it or end up lying on the edge of it. It can also move around and get rumpled. The product came quickly and it’s good quality.

Looked flimsy but did the job well
Only issue I have is that it doesn't say In place. My father, who is 91 makes regular night time trip to the toilet, and trying to keep the cage in place when navigating his duvet means that it often ends up hanging off the edge of the bed. There is no way to secure it
