Avoid this site - they don't ship on time, have no phone $, and don't communicate timely
I took a gamble on buying from hostandhome.com because the same product was a little cheaper here than at target or Amazon. In a rush, I didn't notice there was no advertised return policy and no phone number to contact them on the website. The site advertised "shipping 1-5 days." To me, that means it arrives in 1-5 days, not that it might leave their warehouse in 1-5 days. I did get an email with shipping tracking info, but after six days of "carrier awaiting item dropoff" status, and two more days of no response from emails to the company, I gave up and ordered elsewhere. Finally the company responded and offered to cancel the order (presumably with a refund). They never did cancel it, and the item did finally arrive but it was too late to be of use.
