Ran into A BUNCH of issues Trying to set up my modded 7DTD server myself. I finally caved and asked the support team. The support they have is insane. Got my server up and running with little issue/time. They are GOATED!

Fantastic service, at first my server had some issues due to my own user error, but support was super prompt and fast at trying different things to fix it, and they didn’t stop until the server was working perfectly. 5 stars, will be sticking with hosthavoc going forward for any and all server rental needs, and I recommend everyone else do the same.

While I was gone on a trip which lasted 23 days there was a payment issue which cancelled my account as I could not review the details/log in from Ecuador. When I returned I was told my account had been cancelled but if I recreated it and started services again, they keep them for 30 days.

I created an account, yet some website glitch created 3. I specifically requested they refund and cancel TWO of the servers they had charged me for. This led to them cancelling ALL THREE. I didn't catch this issue for a while because it's the holidays and my life doesn't revolve around this game server.

Then, when I created a new server, it required some kind of manual review, as if I had done something wrong. This took a few days. When completed they were supposed to load the old server to this new one. They loaded a strangers data because for some reason they had changed my profile name from ****19 to ****3. Whatever this profile is, they loaded it to my server.

They are getting 2 stars because they are responsive. Still, they loaded yet another incorrect server upon "correction". And by this time more than 30 days had passed. They do not keep backups for more than 30 days, even if you are actively working with them to get something restored.

They need to overhaul their process and train their team better before I'd ever consider using them again.

I never write reviews but I feel like host havocs deserves one. There prices are reasonable and when I have had some hiccups setting up my server they were very quick to resolve the problem, keep up the good work 👍

My first experience on Havoc hosting with Icarus game. Working smoother then on previous hosting, no desynchro, no lags, no fps drops, just working. Customer service - extreeeemly fast in replies and effective.

Host Havoc has some of the best server management software available I have tried a couple and they didn’t have the use of ease as Host Havoc and the customer service is the best I have ever had they know everything I swear and you always get a response in 20 minutes or less at any time they have fix any and all issues I have had I don’t think I could ever try a different service now

Rented a server for 7D2D. Card was charged and I waited, for an hour. No server showed up in the game control panel. Not sure what their uptime is on servers but it taking over an hour doesn't seem right to me.

I found host havoc while I was looking for a service to host my own personal Minecraft server, and I believe the price to be very affordable for the service that they provide, they have TRUE 24/7 customer support that acts fast and is very clear with what they do and how the can help you. The interface is very beginner friendly, I will say since it is a newer service they don’t have a lot of attention or videos on how to do specifics like adding large quantities of mods to something like Minecraft and why it might not work right away but the principles from other services work here too. I have been using them for well over a year now and have had little to no complaints.
I can’t recommend this service enough, especially with the service they provide for popular games like Minecraft and their unbeatable customer support.
