Hosthub have exceptional support

Hosthub have exceptional support. Most chats are picked up by a human within 5 minutes and they typically track until resolved (rather than closing a case if you nare inactive for 10 mins). The platform could offer more in the way of integrations (eg. riparide) however the support team always make up for any product gaps.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Hosthub. My account was frozen for the second time on 02/16/2026 without timely support. What made the situation worse was that no one from support could even clearly confirm my account details or associated email, which created unnecessary confusion and delay.

As a short-term rental host, reliability is critical. During the time my account was frozen, my Airbnb listing was at serious risk of being double booked and potential bad reviews. To prevent potential guest issues, I was forced to temporarily close my Booking.com calendar as well. This directly impacted my business and revenue.

A channel manager is supposed to provide stability and synchronization across platforms — not create operational risk. When support is unresponsive or unable to verify basic account information, it raises serious concerns about internal processes and communication.

I hope Hosthub improves its customer support responsiveness and account management procedures, because hosts rely on this software to protect their businesses.

I deleted my account with them, and I'm currently looking for a new channel manager.

Your connection was temporarily restricted due to a repeated policy-related issue affecting the Airbnb integration. In such cases, synchronization is automatically paused to prevent further platform-level risk and protect the listing.

Regarding support, our team can only provide account-specific assistance when contacted from the email address registered on the account.
In this case, communication was initiated from a different email address, and until proper verification was completed, we were unable to share details, in line with our standard security procedures.

The case was escalated internally, and the Head of the department personally attempted to reach you both via email and phone in order to resolve the matter promptly. Unfortunately, no response was received to the email communication, and the phone contact was declined before the verification process could be completed.

We provided clarification -including explanatory screenshots- and were ready to proceed once verification was confirmed, however the account was closed before the resolution process could be finalized.

We apply the same compliance and security standards to all users to ensure stability and protection across platforms.

Our team remains available should you wish to revisit the matter.

Constant Issues, Empty Promises, and Lost Income

We used Hosthub for over two years, and it was nothing but frustration. The platform constantly had issues — things would work for a month or two, then suddenly break again. Their tech team always had an excuse, never a real solution. These repeated failures caused multiple double bookings and thousands in lost income.

Despite giving them countless chances to make things right, nothing ever improved. Their final message to me was, “We understand your frustration and sincerely regret that we won’t be able to continue supporting you at this time.” That sums it up — they simply don’t care.

After switching to another platform, we immediately saw how many basic features we had been missing all along. Don’t fall for their marketing — there are far better, more reliable options out there.

Excellent assistance

I’ve been using this channel manager for some time now, and honestly, it makes my life so much easier. It’s super easy to use, keeps everything organized, and I’ve noticed a real boost in my bookings. Plus, whenever I had questions, their support team was quick and helpful.

Worst customer service

Today I was having an issue logging in and contact costumer service chat. I was chatting with a lady named Olga. This was by far the worst costumer service experience of my life! She was rude, could barely write in English. I kept telling her my situation and she kept writing the same message except this time in capital letters. I asked her why she was yelling at me and she said because you are not listening. What? That was so crazy! Then for the last time I explained to her again and told her you are not paying attention to what I'm telling you. She then listened and helped me. I complained about her to Hosthub and they told me she is a wonderful customer service. Completely disregard what happened. Later I got an email from her saying I'm not so bad after all. This was scary. It was so bad that sounded like I was being pranked. Stay away from them!!!!!

Customer service is not good - it is non-existent

Really terrible, even the chat service. They suggest a 3 minute wait but there is often NO response. I am on a trial membership, have not liked the service and have been trying to cancel the trial before the remaining days run out. No response to chat messages, emails or phone calls. Really awful.

Charging even after Cancelling

Great platform

Great platform. Very well done and intuitive UI. But above all they have the best customer support I have ever seen. Fast, real humans answering within 5 minutes. Always finding the solution to your problems. They should be taken as an exemple of best customer service.

I truly had the best online chat customer support experience today with HostHub that I've ever had before with any tech platform. I have used HostHub for approx 5 years and I cannot fault the product. Plus the staff are extremely helpful and always available to patiently guide me through processes I’m not familiar with.

Hosthub is recommended

I reviewed most of the major short term rental apps. Hosthub, Hospitable and IGMS were the top three choices. Hospitable was too pricey. The IGMS app didn't work on my phone.

Hosthub staff helped to setup which is great. The Android app and website work as advertised. Best of all Hosthub is reasonably priced.
