You won't find a better PMS out there
My experience with HostHub has been a revelation, it's like having a dedicated team on standby to manage my properties. Each query, concern, or issue I've faced has been swiftly addressed, outperforming all expectations.
An instance that truly stands out was when I wanted to integrate a very niche and proprietary Short Term Rental (STR) platform with HostHub. This platform was not supported for integration as standard. However, with a single outreach message to my HostHub team, they had a custom API integrated and up and running in just a few days. It would have been simple for them to say, "Sorry, we don't support that platform", but they rose to the challenge instead.
Having worked in and with the service industry for many years, I can vouch for the qualities that set HostHub apart. It's not just a Property Management System (PMS), it's like having an additional member on your team.
But the benefits of HostHub don't stop at stellar support. I'm continually impressed by their commitment to progress. Feature requests and bug reports are treated seriously, with each system update being rigorously tested before roll-out.

Worse property management software and…
Worse property management software and horrible customer service. Their software allows too many double booking and they fail to link my properties on numerous occasions. What’s more is they deleted my conversation where is specifically provided them with the property relations. They have yet to provide the full transcript of my conversation because they refuse to honor their so call no double booking guarantee policy. Stay clear of this software and their customer service.

I have been using Hosthub for about 4 months, which has transformed how I manage my holiday let. I don't have concerns about double bookings anymore and the Hosthub calendar is my single source of truth regarding bookings. I know you can use spreadsheets and other means to look after your bookings but why do that when you can access all your data online? Plus you can download the app which is perfect for checking your calendar at any time. I went for the annual fee as it was more cost-effective than paying monthly.
So far I have recommended two people I know who both have holiday rentals. The first is currently in trial, and the second said "why?" after successfully managing 315 bookings manually. The very next day he had a double booking and now fully understands the needs for a single calendar across his channels.
If you have a holiday let or multiple holiday lets this is an absolute must without breaking the bank. The online support throughout has been first-class!

Hosthub is a God Send
Hosthub is a God Send! I tired out a competitor last month and was not happy. The competitor was 4.5x's more expensive. I had to import all my current bookings manually to start. They weren't compatible with two of the four channels I use. The interface was clunky. They did offer a direct booking website and payment processing system with that 4.5x's higher price. Hosthub's flat rate for these services is by far preferable in the long run.
Hosthub's guarantee of no double booking is testament that they care. The team and software are cutting edge. The help and support are stellar. I also got the Price Labs software which partners very well with Hosthub. The channel integration is seamless, allowing flexibility to still modify things within each channel like promotions.
The reporting features make data analysis automatic. I can even invite the property manager or a partner into the account with chosen limited access.
There is an expense recording feature I'd like to use, but I already use LandlordStudio, which integrates with my banks and cards for easier accounting. The software also allows me to attach scans of receipts to each entry in case of audit. If Hosthub had these bonus feature, that'd be amazing, a one stop shop for Short Term Rental people like me.
I am loving Hosthub and see myself with them for years to come.

If you want a company that doesn't stand behind their services, choose them
This company gave me 100% absolute wrongful information, in writing, and caused me a $4,500 loss in a matter of weeks. I was told, in writing, from a senior account manager, Harry, to "Just enter the base rate and we'll take care of the rest." Wow!! They caused me to lose the cleaning fee on numerous bookings (45 of them) within a matter of weeks. They have given me the runaround for months to compensate for their error. They will not stand behind their wrong doing. They know I am unable to sue them as they are in Greece and I am in the USA and it would be incredibly expensive to take legal action against them. I will continue to put the time in to leave these reviews for them everywhere and anywhere possible.

It’s nice to actually get a definitive response from someone. I’d like to thank you for that. I’ve had numerous correspondences with Harry, Olga, Janice, Christos and others over a period of months.
Had I not been told by Harry to enter the base rate and your company would take care of the rest we would not be here today. Harry’s information was wrong… And I have it in writing.
Those bookings all happened without a cleaning fee within a very short period of time for future dates. Once I started reconciling the account, yes, some time lapsed. However, those 45 bookings all occurred within a very short window.
I did accept resolution for a small portion refunded and for services. I even counter offered with replacing the cash portion refund with services to which I followed up detailing in an email to Harry. This was my last discussion with him. I spoke with him 6am my time. I followed up with him via email twice more and he nor anyone else responded unless it was just to say he’s unavailable; he’s on vacation; he’s busy; he’s in a meeting…
I would love to share all my chat logs and emails and calls. I’ve made every attempt possible over the last 6 months to be agreeable. The true issue is the disregard by your company until I started posting publicly.
