We have checked your VPS and can see that during the first 2 days of server usage you have used all available 100 Mb/s uplink, and of course since the channel was saturated you will have higher ping.
There is nothing wrong with our network, you should either keep the bandwidth under 100 Mb/s or upgrade your network to next plan (e.g. 500 Mb/s or 1 Gb/s)
Our support has replied in every ticket you have opened within 24 hours.

Still no server, 3 days after payment
Have been using them for more than 1 year now on and off. But recently, the customer service has been unresponsive.
Paid for the server 3 days ago, and it is still not setup yet (((
If the server setup speed was instant (as promised) and customer service was replying to comments, then I would give 5 stars.
