We have provided you access to another control panel (on the free basis), that you were referring to.
Generally we have stopped providing shared webhosting services completely for the new customers, it's impossible to order it now on the website.
Shared webhosting is not our core business, we are focusing on VPS and Dedicated servers, where we have excellent service and quality, thus there was a strategic decision to stop offering shared webhosting services.
Nevertheless we will still continue providing this services for existing customers.

very bad
no offense but you are the worst hosting I have dealt with. Support has been silent for 2 days. Databases cannot be configured, the file manager does not work and there is no online manual. I will ask for my money back

If you are unable to configure CentOS - this is not our problem. We are using official CentOS cloudimage.
Our technical support has provided you replies mostly within 24 hours period. We cannot answer within the minutes to your every single request to modify the CentOS, or that apache/nginx is not working (well, this is not covered by our support at all), or that you want to change the IP because you think that it will help you somehow with your "bad" CentOS.
Wish you good luck and all the best.
We will refund you and use that nine dollars for some Linux classes.
