Fraudsters and liars.

I'm on this service again and the basic stuff doesn't work.
Reinstalling 20 hours, nothing happened.

They claimed to offer IPv6 for all servers.
After purchasing a VPS, I found out that this is not the case.

I wrote to support and they responded that they were suddenly available on baremetal/dedicated servers.

But only in the US or the Netherlands.

I bought an extremely overpriced server. I set everything up and fixed it. In the end I found out that I don't have IPv6.
I contacted them again and they wrote back that I should have added them at installation. That they would set me up with IPv6.

Another monstrous lie, of course.
You can't add any IPv6 when you install.

Of course they didn't add them for me. Not even after 5 emails.
I waited x hours for a reply but nothing.

If it was about paying for a new service they replied within 15 minutes. They wanted money.

But if it was about solving a bizarre problem on their end, no one will ever answer you.
Don't buy it. over time it will cost you, time, money and your mental health.

PS: They state that they provide snapshots for all servers.
For VPS servers I had them. Not with Bare Metal (they don't provide data for Bare Metal - they supposedly provide it only for VPS).

I deleted Bare Metal and went to VPS, of course they weren't there anymore.
They were there the first time, now they are no longer there.

Lying, klasmtvo, klasmtvo in every tweet/emails/chat.

They charge minimum 50 euro p/h for support.

Rented a server that had multiple issues ranging from the OS installation to server failures. Very unprofessional company, with poor support, and poor hardware. Absolutely do not recommend.

HK’s ryzen vps performs well under sustained load. Deployment was fast and we haven’t had a single issue in production. 👍

Hostkey is just great when it comes to dedicated hosting. Their service quality and prices are really good too. I highly recommend hostkey.

Panel interface is clunky and needs a redesign. But the tesla-based gpu-based GPU server runs well, and connection is stable.

Needed a custom dedicated server urgently - they built and delivered AMD EPYC one the next day. That kind of speed is rare.

I saw an ad saying you can rent servers with the new nvidia 5090 GPUs. I checked the website, but those offers are on pre order. Support told me everything had already been sold out and offered a discounted server with 4090 instead but with a huge discount. It’s fine, I guess, but I really wanted 5090.

Excellent GPU servers with 4090. No setup hassles. Great performance and pricing. Hourly renting, API features for managing servers. Approved! 👍

Good regional spread and decent pricing. Website availability has been spotty a couple of times, but no deal-breakers yet.

in short, people are very bad, the company doesn't work, nothing is normal, there's a technical day there, they can't do anything, they can't help I do not recommend

I have been using VPS based on Ryzen cpu for a while now, and it has exceeded my expectation. The performance is outstanding. Uptime is excellent and support team is responsive and helpful, which is big pus.

I'm renting a powerful server with an AMD 128 core processor for very small budget. The deployment is fast, there are many additional services, and the support is very responsive. Highly recommended!

The platform provides affordable GPU hosting services which include pre-installed LLMs including DeepSeek R1. Probably the worst support, and the quality of their service is below average.

Even their ordering page works one time out of five. The quality of their bare metal is horrific. You will constantly be dealing with networking and SSD issues. If you have budgets - stay away from Hostkey.

Horrible service, horrible UI, horrible support.

Probably one of the worst supports and the UI of ordering servers. They can't even understand that people sometimes need more than 1 server. If you need multiple servers you have to go through their horrible UI over and over again for every server.

Support is useless.

I moved to HOSTKEY a few months ago, and I can say that it was one of the most seamless migration experiences. Everything went smoothly: the control panel is intuitive and user-friendly, and the documentation provides clear examples, making it easy to find the necessary info.
I’d like to highlight the support team - they respond quickly, although sometimes the replies feel a bit templated. However, there are no major complaints, as all issues are resolved promptly.
The service stability is also top-notch. I haven’t encountered any downtime so far. Overall, I’m completely satisfied and can definitely recommend it! 🚀
