Great fast servers and connectivity, maybe the control panel could be more modern.

I rented a Ryzen 7950x for only 100 eur for blockchain tasks. 16 cores, 4.5 GHz, 128 MB RAM, 2x2 Tb NVMe. It runs flawless, super fast. Network connection is excellent. Very satisfied with the performance.

Hostkey is generally great, sometimes i experience some issues, but the support team quick and helpful.

We left, it was impossible. One the server kept going down, and did not come up that could be due to pending updates but why did it keep restarting with pci resource errors.

Second, and far worse, on 2 occasions whilst down you sent us emails telling us to sort out a spam problem, which 1. is impossible for the server to be involved in as the server was not functional, and 2 were threatening as if we did something wrong. That was not your customers problem.

It looked like a compromised device on your network consuming our gateway IP address while the vps was offline.

And I am told to fix this or else??

Either way unacceptable and totally unreliable.

For this reason, we are required to block affected IPs immediately, without exceptions. If your IP has been listed, we recommend submitting a delisting request to Spamhaus. Once the listing is removed, we will promptly unblock the IP.*

I would normally let this go but your continued cut and pasted response alarms me.

The compromised mobile device is what Spamhaus suggested not me, do you read these reports? This is your IP address, on your network not mine I do not care if it is delisted or not. If the VPS was not functional and offline (check the logs), how can this possibly be anything other than a security issue in your data centre? Clearly another device was using the gateway.

Regardless thanks for the response, and credit where it is due, I do not think you can be beaten on price.
