Excellent service from Amy
I faced major challenges with a previous service provider, in respect of my hosting, emails etc. Amy and her team assisted me from start to finish, with ensuring my domain and emails are sorted. As I am very unfamiliar with all of the IT jargon and processes, they guided me, step by step, as to what to do, what info to obtain, etc.

Poor Support Response Times and Feedback
Exceptional poor communication and attendance to responding to cases logged, especially when the cases have a High Importance, still did not do any difference to get them actioned.
Even requested for them to be escalated, it did nothing to the response time.
When the cases were actioned, the process by 1 agent was handled differently than another and I had to request for 1 agent to check with another agent to fix the process and get services working
