Dear fellow businesses and website owners,

I am writing this review with a heavy heart and a sense of responsibility to inform potential customers about the nightmare I experienced with Hostnoc. On December 24th, my server, hosting over 100 critical websites, crashed without any prior communication from Hostnoc's support team. The aftermath has been nothing short of catastrophic.

Not only did Hostnoc fail to notify me about the server outage, but their support team displayed a shocking lack of accountability and professionalism. Despite reaching out to them through a ticket, the server remains down to this date, resulting in the irreversible loss of all sites, clients, and my hard-earned credibility.

The situation escalated when Hostnoc attempted to deflect blame onto their datacenter, CLOUDSOUTH. Their finger-pointing and refusal to take responsibility were nothing short of pathetic. To add insult to injury, Hostnoc attempted to upsell me another server, only to later blame me for not having a backup. In a crisis of this magnitude, one would expect a reputable hosting provider to have contingency plans in place.

Upon further investigation, I discovered that CLOUDSOUTH's Florida datacenter had experienced a cyberattack involving the hosting of illegal content, including child pornography. This shocking revelation further underscores the negligence and lack of diligence on the part of both Hostnoc and CLOUDSOUTH.

In light of my harrowing experience, I implore anyone considering Hostnoc for their server needs to reconsider. The seemingly attractive pricing is not worth the trauma and devastation I have endured. Choose a provider with authenticity, integrity, and a proven track record.

Hostnoc appears to be nothing more than resellers, lacking ownership and accountability. Save yourself from potential disasters by investing in a server from a reputable and authentic company that values its customers.

This review is not meant to spite, but to educate and caution potential customers. I write this with the hope that no one else has to endure the anguish I experienced with Hostnoc.

I Would like to say, Thank you Hostnoc, I’ve tried multiple server providers, Where unfortunately they are not supportive compression to Hostnoc.
They have a human support where they are available always to support and fulfilled the requirement and assure their customers are satisfied and selected the right product prior his business requirement.
In case any support required in terms of anything belongs to server and invoices SAM was supporting us

Due to this it is leading me to shift all my websites and servers to Hostnoc including all my users applications I’m recommending everyone to be part of this wonderful company and organization

Look, my level of trust in Hostnoc servers is unfortunately low, I had 2 servers that simply lost everything and needed to change servers, one was on a French Hostnoc server and the other was a Canadian Hostnoc. I'm currently on a server in New York and so far it's going well, the prices are good, but I'm already unsure whether the good price is worth the risk of losing data and services.

It's tough to find a good hosting provider that offers reasonable prices.
Most hosts make big promises without actually delivering.
HostNoc has a great selection of hosting options, at a great price. Been using their dedicated server for well over a year and haven't had to contact support for ages since everything has been working perfectly.
But, their support is wonderful, very helpful, and fast to respond.

I'm customer more than 1 year and I didn't had any trouble with their service so far! also their prices is very good for what they offer and the customer support is excellent. I'm very happy to use their service!

I have contacted customer service to dial in my servers. They have always been quick to respond and knowledgeable. Highly recommend you check them out.

I have never had an issue with Uptime, and overall, the bottom line is being online, other issues come and go, but as long as uptime is good, everyone is happy.

We were introduced to HostNoc relatively recently whilst in urgent need and desperately searching for a fair priced powerful VPS server solution for our upcoming ecommerce dropshipping websites.

After weeks of disappointments in terms of price, accessibility, communication and service, we finally settled on HostNoc having been teased into a decision by, finally, a polite consultant who knew his products, was fair and courteous at every step, and who considered even our entry level subscription as equal in import to the best high echelon buyer, and who considered no request as too difficult to oblige or tackle...

My only serious regret is that HostNoc does not provide a Website Builder product, especially for powerful ecommerce, and even a Website creation service, since we would have immediately subscribed and would have been spared from compatibility searching..I emphasise ecommerce because ecommerce websites require power and scope and HostNoc's core business is VPS and Dedicated bare metal on premise servers which, interestingly, are powerful and have scope..

In this sense I believe HostNoc is selling itself short, since Website Building and Creation is the reason clients seek server hosting solutions.

As for the product capabilities and price, we have surfed the online world for an equivalent or better deal and can say it does not exist at a retail level..

I've been use HostNoc for more than two years.

Even so, I've occasionally experienced minor connectivity problems with my servers, But I can say they have reliable data-centers and The customer service is available at all times. The server administration dashboard is the major reason I didn't give 5 stars because you can hardly do anything there and you have to open a ticket for everything.

I’ve always received good service from HostNoc. Whenever I have a issue (may it be caused by myself or a technical issue) they are always quick to respond and sort it out. I am very happy to recommend them!

Pretty good company

Awesome service guys. I am using them for secured hosting for my clients. I needed some additional work that was catered with minor fee. Whenever I am stuck they are here to help me.

If you have a problem do not count on the support. They are faking helping you. They'll let you pay for a server that doesn't work. Nothing you can do about it.

I have been a customer with HostNoc for almost 1 week now. Everything from the pre-sales live chat was answered and resolved quickly and professionally, Freddy helped me with my requirements and created a custom order and invoice for my account.

I have since worked with the support and billing team at HostNoc and they have continued to reply to my tickets within 5-minute intervals and complete custom changes to the service and a big thanks to Sam for helping me with a custom additional IP address order.

As a new customer to HostNoc, I am extremely satisfied with their service so far and I will continue to update and edit this review as my experience goes on.
