Host regions scammed me
Host regions scammed me. They charged me €160 for services which I did not need. I wrote to them asking for a refund (October 2024), and then kept ignoring me. Eventually after some back and forth I agreed upon receiving €80 back, however they never followed through on their end.
I sent them all relevant bank information and they never processed the partial refund. This place is a scam, stay well away.
Currently, they have locked me out of my account. I require 2-factor authentication to login, however I had never set this up on the site. After logging in with Google I require a 2nd authentication, I cannot get past this screen as there is no code that is sent to me, and I never set up a password for this.
I'm worried that they will charge my card again as they have it on file.
