Please provide minus 100 rating as this guys are providing worst service. When we ask for solution they are not providing and then we ask for refund then they are deny saying you are not eligible. If needed I can provide multiple evidence including what I have discuss with them over chat and on ticket. Also I have told no to migrate server and they did and after migration none of my services working and they are even not capable to solve those issues.
Extremely bad experience.

We lost access to nine websites hosted on hostripples.com. The websites were hacked and were down for several days. Technical support didn't respond to our request. We had to urgently move the websites to other hosting providers.
We've now requested a refund for unused service time, but we haven't received a response.

I own one account with them, unfortunately I have been hacked on daily basis, whatsover I follow their recommendations, their servers are not secured at all, filled with security vulnerabilities, however ironically the owner himself is a security exper !!
cPanel versions are outdated, try to complain through chat you will be left unanswered for hours by Paul, Nathan etc.. and when you got an answer they will put blame on you.
I have had very hard time with them.

I have been with Hostripples for many years now, they randomly increase their fees with out notifying me.

recently all 4 of my hosting accounts were hacked, I have sent in multiple support tickets with little to no response. my sites are still down 3 days later.

It actually took me two days before i was able to make the payment for webhosting as my PayPal account was complaining of payment limit and i couldn't resolve it until i was able to chat with a Hostripple representative who helped to enable card payment and immediately i inserted the card details, the payment was approved and was successful. very seamless.

Host ripples has after 7 years changed many of the terms in my original contract. I am not please with those changes or how they were done. I am now required to pay for the primary domain on my reseller. I am unable to access cpanel or whm for the account wihtout jumping through several workarounds. I have sporadic notifcations about storage limitions of my unlimited plan being exceed even with usage as low as 60 GB. And the customer service has simply gotten terrible.

They have been my service providers for years and are the best, both in service and customer service.

They seem to be a fraudulent company that hosts their own suite of fraudulent, scam websites. Try calling their phone number --it goes to voice mail. Their chat is run in some questionable location and when you tell them their phone number doesn't work, they want you to call them using WhatsApp. Wow. Something definitely doesn't smell right here. All the other reviews look to have been posted either by their own staff or by fake users.

I appreciate your help, Nelson, I was lost in my cpanel, this is my first time doing that. I needed to create subdomains but it wasn't easy to find until Nelson helped me with step by step.

I have always received excellent customer service when I have required help. Tonight June 22, 2023 Isabelle, Robart and Philip were very knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. They quickly rectified the first issue and helped me through understanding a program feature that involved payments. A ticket was quickly made by Isabelle to solve a second technical issue.
