Very efficient process,user friendly steps.
Just one unexpected email purportedly from Hot Doc,few hours even before my booked consultation. It asked me to claim rebate or refund of $59,with receipt number. My consultation was bulk bill so i have no reasons to claim that. I treated as scam as email address looks suspect. Just took screen shot for record.

To Invasive. Asks for credit card details which I will not supply. Sends info re appointments which maybe correct but are phraed badly.
I still usre them for appointments but reqested my doctor to contact me direct and not via HotDoc.

Appointment time changes
The second time I have booked an appointment for a time when I don’t have to have time off work only to have the receptionist phone me the next day to change the time because the doctor apparently doesn’t work that late. Do they give the correct times for their appointments?
