So I've been trying to book an appointment with their mental health team. Unfortunately I've missed a few appointments for the initial consultation in order to see a psychiatrist (psychologist first with the initial consultation. Then a session and after followed by a appointment with the psychiatrist.) So three appointments. I've missed the first appointment so the second and third cannot go ahead. So the first was rebooked and I've missed that appointment so they wrote an email to state that the remaining appointments were cancelled. (I've done the initial paper work to proceed with seeing a psychologist) I've called up over the phone a week later with hotdoc front desk and booked an appointment again, which was confirm with an phone call with email and SMS. (They did hang up or I've lost connection) I've received confirmation of said appointment via email from their booking service. I've called up 20 minutes late for the appointment so I could see if I could get another quickly today. I also mentioned why not give me a quick call to see if I was available for the appointment or if I had forgotten (doctor). They mentioned that the appointment was cancelled due to the appointment needing a first consultation booking as described at the top. So I was asking why did they book the appointment in the first place and why not rebook it for the correct appointment? For example - They cancelled a week prior (it turns out.) they did attempt to make phone calls but I've missed them. So I was unaware the appointment was cancelled. I did mention why not email if I've missed the call. I then received an email stating I was bullying and harrassing the staff. At the end of the day all I was after was another appointment booking for that day. The reasoning is they stuffed up the booking for the 19/05/2026 by booking the wrong appointment in the first place. Hence it was cancelled. So I've had to rebook again for the first consultation today and am waiting on a call back.

This site is user friendly and very easy to navigate. They also give a reminder a week before the appointment.
Not Friendly App at all
Dislike no area that has bulk bill for pensioners, not enough space to say what the problem is, one word not good enough

I’ve been using this app for a while now booking my appointments. The fact that the app asks you if you want the appointment to be added to your calendar and if you agree the app does it automatically it feels like a breeze.
