An absolute nightmare do not go to this hotel. Filthy and dangerous. My friend almost fell because of their broken step. We tried to resolve issues with the manager who unsurprisingly was non-existent. We are both in utter disgust and disbelief a complete disappointment.
I have photos and footage. We were advised a partial refund which we DID NOT RECEIVE. We called and sent emails, no reply!
I used to stay in the Connaught regularly while working in London. I always considered it to be a boutique hotel, which always felt like a family hotel. The service was always excellent and the people were really friendly and as for the food...yum! I stayed there recent after the refurbishments and it felt like a completely different hotel. Well nothing lasts forever! The service was still excellent, as was the food, so no complaints. Would definitely recommend this as a quieter hotel for professionals.
I stayed at Connaught hotel with my family on a holiday trip. My husband played a lot with kids in the swimming pool. I loved treatments at the spa. My spa treatments and swimming pool were complimentary. I liked the hotel very much.
I have visited so many times in hotel but didn't found a hotel like HotelConnaught.in in Delhi. Amazing Swimming pool, 24*7 services, A/c rooms. All things are good. :)
