Still waiting for my order . The only response I got when I asked for time it would be shipped answer Was they are looking into it. Edit : was finally contacted with a delivery date received my order & received two follow up phone calls about the status happy with the purchase upgrade from 1star to 3stars

I made an order and wanted to change it, instead, it was canceled, then I was immediately told they were sold out. I was helped and am satisfied with the customer service

We absolutely loved the 1st night we have spent on the pillows we ordered from you. Best nights sleep we have had in several months. Appreciated that you ordered an upgrade when you were unable to supply the original size ordered. The only complaint I had was we didn't know approximately when our order would arrive and we were definitely anxious to receive them. Luckily my spouse happen to noticed a UPS truck in front of our house and realized they must have made a delivery. Were thrilled to open our package. Thank you so very much, we have no difficulty in recommended your company to all our friends and family.

Quick delivery as order was placed on April 12th and delivered on April 16th. Quality seems to be excellent. I ordered these pillows for my son as we frequent the casinos. He loved these pillows and that is why I ordered.

I am excited that I received my pillows today, only after ordering six days ago! I experienced some hurdles ordering and I decided to wait and try again the next day. I was surprised to receive a call from the owner. He took the time to call during the Super Bowl! He was extremely nice, happy to assist, and his customer service was second to none!
