I would give this company zero stars if…
I would give this company zero stars if I could. We were on the road traveling and I was trying to book a hotel for that night. Somehow the reservation got switched in the system for two nights after. I tried to call that same night and get help from customer service. But the only people they would transfer me to are airline customer service agents. They told me all the hotel agents were gone for the night and no one could help me and I should call again in the morning. When I called again the next day the guy offered me a 50% refund or a credit for a future stay which I didn't need. So they were going to keep all of my money or give me half of my money back for a mistake on their end. The customer service rep hung up on me. This company is horrible and I would not recommend anyone to use them. They will take no responsibility for errors in their system.

This is a scam hotel website! It's now been a year since I booked 2 nights in Santa Cruz for 4th of July weekend in 2021!
I had the same experience as the review before me, which i think was Omar?
I've called them 5 TIMES and every time they promised me a REFUND. They never did.
PLEASE AVOID THIS HOTEL WEBSITE!!

Scam
Scam. Terms and conditions regarding nonrefundable. This means if you get to a hotel including a Baymont and your room is disgusting and your certain violates terms of some regulations and you get the run around by the hotel of why it cannot be remedied...you are out your money!!!NONREFUNDABLE. Sold a lemon. Bed bugs..too bad. Plumbing issues too bad....NONREFUNDABLE!!!!

SCAM COMPANY
I booked and paid for a room using hotelwiz and the hotel had no record of my booking.
I have been back and forth trying to get a refund for the room. This is a SCAM do not use them- they will take your money for a room they don’t have access to and then not give your money back. AVOID.
