I booked a hotel through the site but when I called the hotel they told me that there is no reservation in my name and when I contacted the site they told me that the reservation will be confirmed after 24 hours and then I called again to the hotel and they told me that there is no reservation in my name and I returned to send them an email and there is no reply to this moment from there side.
Better not to use this web site

Don’t book with this company
Don’t book with this company! I talked to customer service to cancel my reservation prior to the deadline given and they wouldn’t honor their cancellation policy. The rude customer service agent said I needed to call the hotel myself and obtain the hotel agents name and cancellation number and then call him back to give him the information and he would then consider refunding my card. When I called the hotel the agent said no this is not how 3rd party booking agencies work, the 3rd party has to call us directly to cancel.
Long story short Hotelwiz is a scam company.
