We have used the hotel on many occasions and have always enjoyed our stay.

Horrible I had to repeat information I accurately entered in & every time I entered it kicked me back to confirm & book 5+ X's unexceptionable & I want to know if credit card was charged. Not enough information no way to call I do not like this site at the moment.

Called right after I booked the hotel and the man that answered said there wasn’t any rooms available so that’s why I didn’t get a confirmation email. I asked him if I would have called and how would I have known that there were no rooms when I clearly booked a room online for a particular room. He said the money will eventually go back on your credit card. So The only way you’re supposed to find out that they couldn’t find a room is you’re supposed to get a refund on your credit card in a couple days. Terrible customer service and the guy was rude.

If I could leave less than one star I would. There was a miss understanding I booked a room late night end it had booked it for the next day. So within 10 minutes I went into the hotel and canceled said reservation. The lady at the front desk was very nice and easy to deal with and insured me that hotel wiz would have no problem refunding me for the room I’ve never stayed in. That hotel even gave me the phone number to contact them at hotel wiz. This is where everything went downhill a man named Sage answers the phone and ensures me in a few hours he can refund my money for the hotel that I’m not staying in. I say OK and I went ahead and called back the next morning. To my surprise who answers the phone but sage. Now from here I start to get the runaround from Sage that he can’t hear me that I can’t speak with his supervisor, that the hotel would have to refund my money. And I am still playing the back-and-forth with my friend Sage and hotelwiz. So I strongly urge against using them. They are a scam and very unprofessional.

Good easy to book

Very good platform, i got my comfirmation in a few hours but i am satisfied with them🤗

First time using them so can’t rate any higher at this time

Awesome to use ry good pricing especially for weekends

This is an absolute scam. I bought a hotel room a week ago, hotel has never received confirmation, nor have I received any notification that the hotel has been booked. I have called them everyday this week and they keep saying oh, we sent you the email but they have not, nor have they sent anything to the hotel. At this point we are completely screwed because the hotel is fully booked and we have nowhere to stay. I will never ever use them ever again.

I would give them a 0 if i could! This business is a SCAM!!!! they took 953$ from me & I had to dispute it with my bank to get the money back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

We booked a room through HotelWhiz and when we got to our room there were bed bugs. The entire floor was infested. There were no other rooms available in the area in which we were staying. HotelWhiz is refusing to give us a refund because we did not cancel the hotel during the cancellation window. Our friends who also booked this hotel, booked through Expedia and had zero issues receiving their refund. I would NOT recommend this company as they are not easy to work with.
