Awful site
Awful site, I made a hotel booking and my card was charged but the booking said it was unsuccessful. I'm still waiting on a refund, I got no confirmation email or booking reference, nobody to ring up. Its a scam site in my opinion, avoid!

HotelWiz Had Me Stranded
Nov 14, '21: Arrived at the Super 8 in Las Vegas near Fremont at 2:50 PM. The front desk person said the billing info transmitted over from Hotelwiz was declined. I sat for 2 hours in the lobby until HotelWiz fixed it. Before they fixed it I called them and spoke with an agent. The guy was awfully rude and kept cutting me off. He stressed the nonrefundable policy though I never asked for a refund. I asked to be moved to another hotel nearby because we were walking the streets of Vegas with luggage. HotelWiz will never get another penny of my hard earned money.
