Very smooth experience from start to finish. Excellent service from the company- absolutely recommend them

Would definitely recommend people to book with this travel agent, we were provided with excellent service start to finish, and any problems we encountered were solved within a matter of 5 minutes. The travel agent stayed true to his word and helped us with everything from the booking, the hotel, the food etc. Would definitely recommend and encourage people to book as I would again. Hassle free and straightforward services!

This company deserves a 5* because they are service orientated. They have excellent communications both in the UK and abroad and always accessible. They are willing to go above and beyond. The drivers are polite and professional, the transports are good. Will definitely use them for transfers and hotel bookings in future.

Hotel Xperts were used to book hotels in Madinah and Makkah. Not only were these the most competitively priced hotels in my search, but both rooms were upgraded (prior to arrival) at no additional cost. Walid in particular, is efficient and professional and truly understands customer service.

Brother Waleed is an amazing agent. I was recommended Hotel Xperts by a friend, and it was honestly the best decision I made.

From the very beginning, Brother Waleed made the whole process easy and stress-free for me. Despite me going back and forth with changes, he remained patient, positive, and professional throughout. Alhamdulillah, everything we booked was exactly as promised and even more.

In Makkah, we stayed at Jabal Omar Hyatt Regency. A few days before flying, we were kindly offered an upgrade in Madinah to Makarem Al Buj Madinah, and it was genuinely a beautiful hotel. I’m so glad I accepted the upgrade it made our stay even more special.

Whilst we were there, we faced a few difficulties (nothing to do with Hotel Xperts), yet Brother Waleed was still on hand to help. No matter the time I called, he always answered and that meant a lot to me. This is what you call an agent who truly goes above and beyond, and he deserves all the credit.

If you are planning to travel in a large group or with children and want to take the stress out of planning, then I 100% recommend Hotel Xperts. I wouldn’t go to any other agent.

Excellent service provided by Waleed to get best price for hotels in Makkah and Madinah. Beat prices of all the major price comparison sites. Regularly kept updated and answered all questions promptly. Would definitely use again and recommend to everyone.

Very responsive, efficient and quick. It was a pleasure being a customer of Hotel Xperts as the team helped us out a lot. The hotel I originally booked, had construction going on, which I was not aware of. Once Hotel Xperts became aware of the construction works, they notified me. They helped source me a new place to stay for my holidays and even gave an upgrade to what I initially wanted. We are not sure how the construction works at our original hotel would’ve affected our stay, but what me and my family do know is that the new hotel we went to, we thoroughly enjoyed.

I definitely intend to come back to Brother Walid / Hotel Xperts for my future excursions / holidays and will recommend them to anyone wanting an easy process when it comes to holiday bookings.

Hotel Xperts provided an excellent service that allowed me and my family to have an enjoyable Umrah trip.

As a group of 20, I would just like to say we received excellent service from Walid and his team at hotel Xperts. From the start to booking our visas to returning back to Jeddah, everything was fantastic. The transport, transfers and the hotel in Mecca with the Kaaba view were exceptional. If there were any issues, Walid was available 24/7 to sort things out. He went over and beyond in his role as an agent and we would definitely be using him again.

Alhamdulillah, the trip ran smoothly from start to finish. Waleed provided clear communication throughout — from the visa process and hotel confirmations to the transport arrangements — and everything was delivered exactly as promised.

The upgrades arranged for both Makkah and Madinah were genuinely appreciated and added real value to the experience. The hotels were well-located, and having a dedicated transfer contact in Saudi made the journey much easier for the travellers.

Overall, it was a positive and well-organised Umrah package, and the service is one they would feel confident recommending to others who want a straightforward, reliable experience.
