Very, very impressed
Very impressed with HotPlugs. Order was delayed by a day due to a courier related issue, but Paul kept me fully informed. We desperately needed the hard drive caddies for our Dell server, and I don't know how he did it, but Paul managed to pulled some strings and was able to get them to me on time.
Very, very good customer service. This is the most impressed I have been with an online company. Would definitely use them again and recommend to everyone.
