It was just a blatant upsell, rather than an easy registering of applicance. Having commissioned based staff dealing with it, is not a good experience.. couldn’t say no thank you enough times.

Difficulty trying to speak to a human rather than AI

Because there was a clerical error on my appointment and I had to phone back to change it I was met by many hurdles .I think the AI that you are using could not cope with my landline as it kept saying so.It took me 40mins to get through to an agent she sorted it not the machine.This experience is putting me off your brand.

Poor quality machine

Poor quality machine, broke down and started leaking less than 3 months old. When I phoned up I was talked into buying the extra cover as I was made aware I still might be responsible for the cost of the repair if I had caused any damage. The customer service chat is terrible, really bad attitude and could not care leaa that the washing machine took over two weeks to fix

I haven’t received a code to prove that it’s registered. It was very easy but pointless if I can’t prove it’s registered!
