Placed 1 order. Asked if I wanted to add another item at reduced price then charged 2 delivery charges of £4.99 each.
Doesn't show carriage charge or VAT until you've paid.
My order which should have cost £16 +£4.99 delivery has now cost me £34!
They've refused to refund 1 of the delivery charges and said I can't cancel the order.
I'm trying to escalate the issue with them!

Scam site, it shows several products that I make exclusively for my own shop. They have hotlinked images from my website. I do not supply these guys, never had and never will.

Wrong Product and cost me more money for additional parts ruined trying to install. Part # 58-5704 does not fit on a 2005 Superjet. Awful experience, crap company

This Company sucks there is no help for those that are new. when I requested my money back, the young lady was very unprofessional. DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT

I got charged twice. And then they charged me a second fee of 49.99 for a membership fee. It does not say on the website that there is a membership fee. Tried to called the number is not work and I did not receive an email of my order

Signed up and they are no different than getting an account with Ali express. Who wants to wait 2 months for any of that and anybody would know they could get it half the price on Ali Express. Emailed to cancel before the trial period. Got no response sent so many emails to try to get a refund and cancel. Finally heard back and they tried to get me to stay by paying them more to upgrade. This is a scam for sure I feel sorry for anyone who lost money to this dishonesty company.

This company is not honest at all. Their website refund policies are not genuine. Beware of the hidden fine prints and conditions. ( design to confuse and mislead you ) Also When you signup they put you thru a massive funnel to up sell you over and over and over again. Probably the worst up sell i have ever experience in any ecommerce company. That's how the make money. Not really keen to provide value to their customers. When you ask for refunds. They will give you all kinds of excuses. The produce services are also inferior and deceiving. All basic functions here and there. You don't get all the listed items as well. They will tell you its not useful so they took it down etc. Unfortunately i need to give them a minimum of one star otherwise i will give them zero star instead. Their contact link if non functional. They have a chat bot which operate a specific timing. If you cannot come to an agreement with them. They shut the chat. Never use their products or services. Highly dishonest operator.

Made a purchase 15/08/2020. Payment taken fine. Confirmation email received and that’s the last I’ve heard. I’ve emailed 3 addresses I’ve found for this company all been returned undelivered. Tried the telephone number” barred”. 🤦‍♀️ Think I’ve been scammed.

I tried it and it is lacking. Inaccurate info on the site like purchase and sale price they recommend is way off.

Be careful what you order because there is no cart review when making a purchase and there is no refund policy for "digital content" as they stated to me.

The links to email them for help are broken although the messenger window on the site does get a response

NEGATIVE STAR RATING!!! I should have read the reviews, not the 4 and 5 star reviews, but the honest ones for which buyers said this is a terrible and dishonest company to buy from. Another buyer wrote about the T360 flashlights and I agree with every word he wrote. WHAT A RIP OFF. When I went beyond following their instructions to return the product, they said it wasn't enough evidence to provide me a refund. IT'S A SCAM!!!

UPDATE:The company that I wrote the review on responded by stating that it is not them, it's someone else. NOT TRUE. I have all the emails to prove that they are the company that has the responsibility to REFUND MY MONEY. I have jumped through all of their hoops; pictures, videos. Let's say they didn't sell the product, they are still the contact for customer (dis)service and the party that provides the refunds. I never thought they manufactured the flashlights, I just know I bought them from this organization. And, I didn't buy them from a reputable company (my fault, I know), I bought them from clicking on a link in a YouTube advertisement. (I know! I already said "my fault") They took my money and they will take yours, for no good product in return.

I have made an incorrect purchase and would like a refund for it. Was about to purchase the lifetime membership but the support team is really slow in responding to queries. Doesn’t seem trustworthy and legitimate. You guys should work on your support team. Guess I am not getting my refund back...

These guys sell chinese garbage. Shame on them for promoting this garbage. No excuse for this type of conduct. Karma is a bit*ch. Don't do business with these con men!

At least some of you got a piece of crap back from this company to complain about. They just flat stole my money and sent nothing in return. I put my order in May 15th email sent May 20th that it was on its way. It is now July 3rd ?????

Absolute rip-off. The only thing accurate is that it IS a flashlight. A cheap POS flashlight with "TP360PRO" poorly painted on the cheaply made shell that is LITERALLY ABSOLUTELY NOTHING like the light advertised. This thing isn't worth $2 bucks and these scam artists need to be shutdown ASAP. You need a ZERO (or negative) star option...

Bought flash lights just like everyone else scratches all over them. One wasn’t even straight it had a bend to it. Don’t buy anything from these people you can get the same Quality from A dollar store. Very disappointed They were very tiny compared to what they looked on the commercial.

Cheap piece of crap flashlight. I ordered a 9000 lumen pro flashlight. What I received I could have bought at Dollar Tree.
They stole my money! Not what was advertised! Not what I ordered!

Order the flashlight for $35.99 in April it's June now I still have not received the flash light. I cant get ahold of a person nor can I away to even get refunded. Absolute bullcrap!!!

Ordered the TP360 pro flashlight and paid good money for it. Thinking I was going to get a super bright flashlight and I recieved a cheap dim light. Nothing like the what is advertised on you tube. What a scam. This company is dishonest about their product. Beware of this company and their products - STAY AWAY! I hope the better business bureau looks into this company and shuts them down. I see many other people got scammed by these guys.

YES...the FLASHLIGHT is a SCAM...wow...super cheap materials, The Switch BROKE before I could figure out how to get the batteries into the 3 slots as there is no instructions or indications of positioning...First time I've been scammed in a LONG time...

Finally received the backpack after contacting the company. Unfortunately it is nothing that I expected from their advertisement video. Very small and cheaply made. They did offer to refund my money only if I had the package it came in, the tracking number on it apparently. I unfortunately threw the package away So I am stuck with this. I do appreciate the company offering the refund but again I can't meet their requirements.
