I wanted to end my trial before the credit card charge but there was no way of cancelling the trial, the support pages did not work and customer support is not responding

I have purchased the trial and have tried contacting them for multiple days to cancel the subscription but i cannot get a response.. what a bad company.. horrible customer service..! respond to your support tickets and live chat widget on your site!! this is getting ridiculous!

This app is pointless. It does not do anything that you cant do yourself with minimal effort. It makes thungs more complicated if you use this app to import products to your store. The audience builder is a joke. All it does is give you topics to put in facebook. The video generatoe is pointless as well. You can do the same thing with powerpoint. This app is an utter waste of money.

It's one of the WORST companies i ever got, first, all of the reviews you guys seeing here are fake, the company tells them the "review" the product and get a free month of subscription... i would like to upload a proof here but i can't but here is quote:

which is totally unethical, just look at the other reviews and see for yourself how "funny" there reviews, i also think it's against TrustPilot policy

Anyway to get a refund i was needed to bag for it! They liked replay to me like 5 times if i am sure and if i really want a refund and tried to keep me inside for such small amount they lost this reputation with me...

I canceled cause they are doing so beautiful job is their sales page with videos and stuff (which are part of their employees) but they are TOTALLY not deliver what they promise, UI really BAD and you can't understand anything!

usually i am not spending that time, but they really gets me angry with all of these back and forth, they just killed me...

Anyway, i had to corrupt them back in order to get the refund and i had to say "i will give you 5 stars review if you will refund me" which inside me i was TOTALLY agree that I was need to corrupt some company..

Cut to the summary - install it and move on. This app is so good. We have run with it for a few weeks now and feel completely comfortable with it. Absolutely, a no-brainer for importing from Ali...not just hotproduct approved suppliers but all and any product in an instant. This is a must-have app. *Our only disappointment is that hotproducts can't handle AUD dollars right now. Imports from hotproducts are in USD $. If your currency is not supported by them then you need to adjust the global pricing multipliers accordingly and also keep an eye on what your currency is worth against the USD $.

Video generator can have some issues due to image format, but other than that, all ok

Sorting through and communicating with potential suppliers is daunting. Hot Products helped us to be much more efficient with our time. We have found the app intuitive to use. Syncing has been pretty straight forward. Verified and hand vetted suppliers are a must for us. We also appreciate the massive amount of resource and tutorial information available from hot products.

It's so easy to find products to sell with this app. Must have for store owners looking to increase their inventory. Only drawback is the shipping times can be very long and make customers upset

Very good for anyone in E-Commerce space, products are updated daily and loads of options to choose from. Features all work well and the dashboard layout is really easy to use. Some navigations can be a little tricky to find but support really takes the time to help you out.

Great if you are looking to get hot products really fast, definitely worth the money in my opinion, been using them for 3 months now, no complains so far

Great, but needs more target interest to diversify the audience in the Audience Builder. The generator for videos is pretty cool and you can make your own ads.
