Hot rocks catering recently catered for my husbands 50th birthday . They have an amazing menu choice that can accommodate anyone and even sorted out all the seating and event hire equipment we needed.
We opted for the bbq menu accompanied by new potatoes and home made slaw, there was not one piece of food left by the end of the night and everyone raved about it. Additionally they brought emergency gazebos with them in case of rain so there was not one thing we had to worry about. Very well organised, highly professional company that I can not recommend enough.

Hot Rocks catered for my husbands significant birthday party. I was delighted to meet with Richard who shared his passion for sourcing local products wherever possible. He took time to explain the various menu options based on our preferences and guests dietary requirements and we settled on a charcoal BBQ with a great selection of meats, salads and breads. On the day, Richard and Lucy worked with us to ensure the BBQ was ready at an ideal time and everyone enjoyed the food. Thoroughly recommend to anyone.

We had Hot Rocks to cater for our 40th birthday party, Richard was great! Very helpful and organised. The hog was amazing, cooked to perfection.....everyone went out their way to comment on how great it tasted, many going back for seconds.
Would not hesitate in using Hot Rocks again and would highly recommend.

Fabulous Lamb wraps for 50th Party and the staff could not have done more to help us on the night.

The lamb was roasting for a good few hours before we got there and was a great choice for the party, can't recommend the wraps enough!

Spratty helped us to organise our engagement party and he was amazing from start to finish. From meeting to talk through food options to coming to our house to help plan locations for drinks, food and dancing. He was a great asset in planning our party and the food was delicious as ever with his events. We could not recommend Hot Rocks highly enough. Thank you Spratty.

Spratty did a fantastic hog roast for my 40th birthday. The hog was cooked to perfection after 13 hours of cooking over charcoal (very impressed with Spratty’s dedication to his trade!). We also had some of the infamous Spratty burgers, which went down a treat with the kids.
Spratty was an exemplary professional with setting up and packing up. All my guests were raving about the food and enjoyed Spratty’s company too. Top work all round. Thanks Spratty!

We hired Hot Rocks for a family post wedding bbq the menu choice was excellent and all the food simply delicious . Richard set up in our garden efficiently , discreetly and quietly and left no trace of being there! During a time when social mixing was only allowed outdoors the British weather made for an anxious time but Richard was very accommodating and ready to move our serving plans around at the first drop of rain - which he assured me although forecast, would wait until the event was over ….. he was right 👍. Excellent service all round - thank you

We sat down months ago with Hot Rocks and decided upon our menu, then days before our event we had to change venue which meant we could no longer go along with our original menu. Hot Rocks were so accommodating and put together a brand new menu for us. The food was amazing, all the guests were so pleased.

Top quality food and excellent organisation. Hot Rocks catered my 40th birthday. All the guests were really impressed with the arrangement of the table and the delicious food. The long sharing platter on the table was a great idea and looked spectacular. Very helpful and fun staff too.

Ordered via the booking form, really easy and great portion sizes.

Was ready when they said it would be, pipping hot and ready to eat.

The gravy was out of this world.

If you love your roasts then you can’t go wrong, also no washing up!

We have used Hot Rocks on numerous occasions at Cobham Rugby Club. The food is fantastic quality and always very well served. Will be continuing to use in the future.

Iam the head chef at the royal Wimbledon golf club and we used Hot Rocks for our members day event 200 covers Richard was there all day cooking two pigs on the spit it was a great success the pork was lovely will definitely use him again.

Last weekend I attended a garden summer party at which Hot Rocks were the caterer - and the food was excellent. Again! This was the 4th or 5th event I have attended over the last 2/3 years at which Richard and his Hot Rocks team were the caterers - and all were excellent.

Richard and his team are consistently personable, cheerful and above all professional.
