Spratty (Richard Spratt) of HotRocks is a legend at our local rugby Club, where he manages catering - from show stopping events to the Club BBQ, which keeps hundreds of children, players and parents fed and happy every week. But during lock-down, Spratty really came into his own. He was a saviour to hundreds of families, providing a range of take away food options, from delicious Sunday lunches, to BBQ packs with dinosaur sized steaks! And even home cooking packs to encourage families to cook together. I'm a single father who has his children at weekends, so the Sunday lunches were a God send and helped me maintain my family life. The quality and value for money is spot on. And the professionalism and enthusiasm on point.

Amazing combination of live BBQ with grazing tables - really interactive, looked great and tasted even better. The variety and spread was incredible - truly something for everyone with great ingredients perfectly prepared, from great BBQ steak and chicken skewers through to amazing rice and pasta sides. The team really made an amazing day extra special and I cant recommend Richard and team highly enough.

We ordered many DIY meal kits in lockdown. We were baking brownies, making pasta , all sorts! They were easy to follow and tasted delicious!

Hot Rocks catered at a garden party linked to a British Lions 🦁 game that I attended recently. Spratty cooked a fantastic spread including some chicken and lamb kebabs, some steak and some awesome sausages!! We ate just before the game started, and then finished off the leftovers at the end of the game!
The bar service that Hot Rocks provided was also really good!!👍

Hot Rocks takes all the hassle out of BBQ’ing, whether that be the careful selection of choice cuts and specific marinades for you to BBQ yourself or indeed to actually supply the food and come to BBQ your food as part of Party celebration package. Service is excellent, flexible and the food is delicious.
