Went in for a net for my tub. I couldn't remember what I wanted and was doing a Harry Potter wand movement and he was able to guess what I needed with out laughing at the strange person who was waving her arm in the shop

Bought our Hot Tub from Hotspring SW over 7 years ago. Its still going strong with their servicing and supply of chemicals over time.
The staff are always positive and helpful whenever we go to purchase chemicals.

Mis-sold the running costs and no after sales service

I bought my tub in May 2021 and after being promised a November delivery, the hot tub finally turned up in January (covid excuses).
After checking my bill, I can see that the hot tub alone costs about 20KWh per day. Even before price rises, at a cost of 20p per KW, that's £4 per day. The sales guys say it's around £30 a month. Well thats 4 times less than I found.

I appreciate there is no way they can accurately estimate the running costs as this is a luxury purchase. But the sales people still say around £30 a month even after price rises. They've told me that £120 a month is way higher than they would expect but have done nothing to help me.

Please beware, either my hot tub is faulty or I am doing something wrong but no one from Hotspringscan help. I have sent multiple emails and phone calls to their Swansea office and don't get a reply. Even an official complaint has gone unanswered. I now have a 6500 bird bath in my garden.

Ordered 21/07/21 and was told it would be around a year wait. Ideal for us as we had stuff to do to get the garden ready.

Mitch from Cardiff was helpful, kind and honest right from the start.

Hot tub delivered 01/06/22. We love it. Chemicals explained well and delivery/installation was seamless.

Only when in to have a look after our blow up one had a puncture and always what to get one and had a very good deal and the staff is very helpful and friendly

I've had my hot tub for 18 months now and couldn't be happier. We use it 4/5 times a week with no issues. Our hot tub also gets loads of use as our house is also a summer let. Really happy with the service from the team as well. The after sales service is spot on. Very happy with our hot tub and the hot spring team.
